The software wasn't for me. Worth a try however...
Probably for a larger business.
The contact tream were responsive and understanding, they canceled my account and refunded my pay in.
They will improve I am certain, I might be back in a few months!

Below attached is my original comments.
by effort of my own I was able to get into contact with someone. They took feedback very seriously and were very helpful in executing my request.
as my previous comment stated this is a brilliant service and offering with volumes of potential. They seem to have taken my feedback regarding design and navigation for a user seriously so we will see if they amend design and user life cycle experience.
I will use them again no doubt or continuously when seeing these changes appear. But hats off to the team spinning wheels trying to appease everyone and prioritize hot fixes or features. ( if you in the tech industry you know what this feels like )
To clarify no you do not have a cancellation option you have a "Close Account and Delete Data" this does not notify the user that the Subscription is canceled this is rather open ended and does not provide any verbiage that this then also means the sub is canceled.

Great service and offering. My only gripe is the dark practice of design on their web. Example. the cancel subscription button does not exist on the billing page yet their white papers and help FAQ state to just click the cancel sub.
I would warn any user to be aware of this as their chat with us buttons dont work so its work to get ahold of an actual human other than a chat bot.
I hope this catches their attention and they amend these because its a bloody brilliant service especially for tax season.
I would recommend this service but be aware of what your getting into in order to get out

I am new to this platform. Of course, being over 60, I did run into an issue or two. I went into the chat function to ask for help which I received immediately. Livnat, the person at the help desk gave me a call and hooked up to my computer and within minutes all my questions and issues were resolved. Wellybox has great customer service. As for the platform??? Give me a month and I will let you know!

Just bought Wellybox. It has a long ways to go to be a useful tool. Bought it to grab receipts for tax purposes. It did grab the receipts but several of the receipts calcluated tax incorrectly; got the vendors wrong, got totals wrong, duplicated reciepts. While they have automation rules ... these don't work well as they cannot use "or" which is pretty much a standard; thus rules have to be build per vendor or other ... as opposed to simple rules for everything. Wellybox grabs everything as well and thus has multiple reciepts (purchase+shipping+invoicing+quotes+etc) for every transaction; they do have filters to attempt to narrow down to say "invoices", but this causes some reciepts to be missed ... net/net is you have to look at every scan and determine whether it is a duplicate/correct amount. Also scanned a number of reciepts for tax ... ran into the 50 limit per month ... not cool as I have 100 or so receipts for the entire year ... they missed the mark on getting tax season customers! A simple AI program to filter reciepts on "duplicates", and a better filter would make sense
