I was looking around for the jacket that I ordered from WLM for weeks in order to get it to a good price. The jacket was basicaly priced exactly the same on ALL internet sites, it almost felt like some kind of cartell, but then I found it at WLM and it was actually much cheaper than every where else I had looked.

I ordered these boots as I loved the colour and because they were burton make. I was not dissapointed! I ordered them around 1.30pm and they came next day delivery! The are very comfortable and easy to get on. I have yet to use them on the Mountains but I can't wait too!.

Delighted with Arcterix Atom Hoodie. It has an excellent anatomical fit and seems well made. It's currently warmer than the conditions for which this gear is designed but a drive in an open car on a windy day proved the insulation qualities.
At £50.00 off it was a bargain too. Delivery too was spot on.

Very good. They let me no when everything was on the way. Got here to Australia really fast. No mucking around. Would buy things from this shop without any hesitation.

Had a bad experience ordering this board (Burton Clash) from another vendor, to the point where I cancelled the order. Saw it on WeLoveMountains........Ordered it ad had it strapped on and boarding within days. Only comment, is advice regarding binding base plates. Board is a 3x3, which you may wish to consider if you have 4x4's fitted, as they won't fit properly. Got a set online.

I purchased a new headset and selected the free delivery option. To my supprise it arrived two days later 1st class recorded wich was a bonus. (Not having to wait around for a delivery) not much else to say apart from I'm happy!

I ordered a RockShox boxxer spring in blue weight. I was sent a second hand (covered in oil and chipped) red spring. Despite several phone calls they have still yet to respond!

We love mountains didnt have correct colour, phoned to ask if i wanted a replacement colour or refund. I opted for replacement colour but they found one in the correct colour, arived the next day,

From order to delivery, this purchase went smoothly. Firstly this was the only shop in the UK that still had stock of the pants I ordered, but having not used or really heard of them before i was slightly sceptical on how good the service would be.
However, i am very happy with my purchase and the speed at which it was dealt with and will definitely be shopping with them again!

I emailed Welovemountains with regards to an item of stock, that wouldn't let me order. They emailed me back within a couple of hours, great customer service then the package arrived much quicker than expected. Overall brilliant company to deal with will be using again in the future.
