One of the two posters I ordered was quite blurry compared to the other one. I emailed to ask if this was normal and if there was anything they could do and got no response at all.
All sorted now! They’d just missed the email as it had gone to spam! Thankyou for your help Rick😊

Excellent customer service. Contacted to be advised it was out of stock and when expected to be back in stock. Given the option to cancel or wait. Due to this I was more than happy to wait and received my order as promised. Will always recommend and order again

Product is beautiful but unfortunately my order was messed up and my best friend had her birthday present Two weeks late!

Company goes above and beyond to ensure customers are happy!
The staff have been really attentive and ensured the delivery arrived in plenty of time. There was a small hiccup with the initial order and it was quickly resolved and the team at Welsh Posters went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with what we had ordered. The image is super
The image is super, and it looks great in frame on wall, but the text is not parallel to the head of the image, as a retired graphic designer my eye is drawn to it, I've adjusted as best I can and it is about 1mm out of square I will have to live with it.
