IT IS A SCAM!!! My product was not delivered as they told, I sent several emails to report the problem and ask for help to solve it and they never replied to my very specific questions in order to track my package and eventually report the problem to the post Office. The result: I paid for a product that has not been shipped to me and they offered me NO SOLUTIONS not even a reimbourse.
I was overcharged for an item and they refused to cancel the order. Then I never recieved the item and they sent a tracking number to show that it was delivered for the USA. When I finished that I didn't recieved the item, they sent me another tracking number that showed that it was sent from China. PayPal was no help because they provided a tracking number showing it was shipped. This company is a scam.
It was very cute. Nice quality. My grand daughter loved it.
