Very fast delivery. The delivery company did not announce prior but we were lucky to be at home.

Dat is veel te lang, onze excuses. Een koppeling van de webshop naar ons systeem lag er een paar uur uit en daar kwamen we pas een week later achter. Daar heeft jouw bestelling last van gehad. Hartelijk dank voor je geduld, volgende keer zijn we weer sneller!

Good morning, after ordering on September 4, this order was picked up by TNT on September 6. After this, delivery usually takes about 6 working days due to transport to England and Customs. But I see that it has been at customs for several days and confusing information on the TNT portal. It is very difficult for us to get a perfect grip on this. I see in the last update that the product was at the TNT location in England on Friday September 13th, so I expect delivery within a few days.

Nice product, poor delivery
Nice product, both design and quality. Delivery was a disaster: supposed to be delivered within a week, it took 8 weeks, several phone calls and two unannounced deliveries. During these 8 weeks not a single attempt from the seller to keep us informed.
