Hi Monique, dank voor de review! Wat vervelend dat DPD er lang over heeft gedaan om het pakketje te bezorgen. Ik zie inderdaad dat je op 26/07 de bestelling hebt geplaatst en dat het pakket pas 04/08 is bezorgd. We zullen dit opnemen met DPD. Excuus voor de vertraging.
As promised
I bought a second hand Weltevree outdooroven without the outdooroven door. So I ordered it later. Website is easy and I found the door in seconds. Ordered it and two days later it was delivered. Door fits perfectly and is a welcome extra for the oven. Now you can get the temperature over 300 degrees Celsius. Without the door that is hard ro reach. All in all, I am a ver happy customer.

The grill grate is completely unusable
The grill grate is completely unusable. Why? The handle bar prevents the front door (additional equipment) to be closed which would be quite nice if you'd like to grill pieces on low temperature. And anyway, the grates are bent after a single use so you can throw it away. It's a pitty.

More info on delivery status
I would have liked to receive more information on the status of my delivery. I only received one mail saying my purchase was ready for shipment and then nothing until they called 6 days later that there was no one opening the door. If I would have known upfront that they were coming that day, I could have arranged for someone to be home. In any case, they came back the next day and all was fine, but some more info would have been nice.
