The mobility scooter really is compact and light. Easily fits in the boot of my small car. Delivery was quicker than expected! I had read some reviews saying it took weeks, not the case at all.

All good ,used it for the first time yesterday,went over unleveled grass, over hump bumps, through pedestrian gates along uneven paths...The scooter handled it perfectly,
Easy to get out of car auto fold seat,arms rests and away we go...simple to pack up just take off seat, arm rest press button and auto fold out into boot and away we go,..

Ordering the scooter was easy online my daughter done this for me the only thing that didn't happen was getting the tracking details and Parcel Force not notifying me regarding delivery ,but I have to say the driver carried the box right into my living room which was very good of him. Putting the scooter together was very easy and when the battery was charged I was able to drive it out of my living room into my hallway no problem so very pleased with it and your company.

Betnovate scalp lotion
My normal scalp lotion has been discontinued and my doctor has been trying to find an alternative. When spring comes my psoriasis seems to be break out so I needed something to relieve my symptoms. I have used Betnovate scalp lotion before. After a few applications my psoriasis has settled down a little.
I did a consultation with welzo and within 2 days my item was delivered. Absolutely great service and definitely would use again .

EDIT: after my complaint was received I was then offered a discount code to get replacement test and have now got this on the way. For this reason I’m changing my rating to 3 starts from 1 as the help received once the complaint went through was helpful. I do still recommend that there should be a dedicated customer Service email/number to call, rather than only replying to complaints and no other way of talking to anyone
I paid £100 for my test, received it, done the test and posted in the letter box the same day! Not only are the results 1 weeks late but they are all marked as OLD meaning they was either not received or tested in the lab in time. How is this my fault! I have complained and asked for a new test or a full refund. I would NOT recommend this company, there are much better ones out there!
