Really awful customer service

Really awful customer service.

Item didn't arrive so asked them to refund or send another. They just kept replying they were seeking more information and I had to keep asking what was happening every 2 weeks for 2 months! I still haven't received anything and I think customer service is just hoping I forget. Worst experience I've ever had with a seller.

Horrific AVOID these scammers!

EDIT: When I received an email informing me that they would refund they also asked me to revise my review. Below is the original review. And what follows here is the edit-
What was delivered did not match the pictures or the description mentioning the number of LEDs in the product purchased on their website. As I originally mentioned, they told me it was correct despite showing them the differences. There is information at the bottom of their website saying that they use 3rd parties to dispatch items. However, they don't state that what you will receive may be different from what you think you are purchasing. In one email, after many frustrated emails showing photos and screenshots of their website's product, I asked will they at least acknowledge that the ite they sent are different. No response whatsoever to this. Worse of all, much worse than having no idea what the products they sell on their website are and treating the customer like they are wrong, is that having NO plastic covering over the LEDs lights (as shown in on their website and indeed on many other websites for other businesses when searching that exact images of what I received instead of what I paid for) I realise that if I had kept and used the item without any covering over the LED bulbs I might actually be electrocuted, unless they want to contact me and argue that water from persperation coming into contact with electrics is perfectly safe and that I am wrong about this too? So that's wonderful, risk of death.
I am so relieved to have received a refund, I was very skeptical about this due the service I received, but I did get refunded (phew!) and this the same email they asked if I would consider ammending my review so that it reads more positively. What an absolute joke! Considering everything this is my ammended review. I am not going to lie about my experience. Stay safe and buy from a reputable company! I recommend Air Relax. It costs more but at least you get EXACTLY what is advertised and no risk of electrocution.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Horrific. They con you by sending out a completely different cheaper unbranded worse item that doesn't even look the same and the instruction manual states the differences (ie. buckle straps, no plastic over the LEDs, a head part on the lower mat, different power supplies and controllers and glasses, boxes, 2750 LEDs not 7560 LEDs as advertised) yet customer service claim it's correct. Absolute scam! Takes a long time to arrive. Not 48 hours! Arrives with a different courier to the one stated. Nothing in the box or the box itself is the same. There was no protective packaging other than on the different glasses and missing accessory like the Welzo bag and indeed any logos. They have accepted my return after I mentioned Trading Standards, but I am extremely worried about whether I will actually be refunded or have to report them and open a legal depute. I suspect they must scam a lot of people. They's no way looking at what I received and reading the instructions with it and looking at the product advertised that I purchased anyone can think they are the same thing! That's like saying day is night and black is white. Massive congratulations! Avoid at all costs!

My overall experience was absolutely great

My overall experience was absolutely fine order and product were both fine with no issues. Delivery took a couple of days longer than I thought but not a major issue.
The product itself has been amazing I’ve used it every 2nd day and the benefits have been amazing it’s helping with existing back and shoulder injuries I’m feeling more relaxed and have been sleeping notably better. I love being able to set it up pretty much anywhere however on top of my bed has the added benefit of sending me to sleep so I’m grateful for the timer function and the loud beep to wake me at the end of my sauna. I’ve already recommended this to some friends

Bought a blood testing kit and send it back off.
Got an email to say my results were ready, logged in but no record of anything

Attempted to contact numerous times by emails provided by the service but then get informed the email can not be delivered, also made contact though instagram and no response!

Will not be using this service again

TRT blood work testing, from cancer to healthy in a week

After waiting 9 days i was sent my results last thing on a Friday afternoon showing Prostate Androgen levels of 24.9 consistent with stage 3 cancer. I was straight into the doctors Monday morning taking a NHS blood and urine test. My PSA level was actually 1.1 that of a healthy prostate.
Customer services from Welzo responded to this stating this was a finger prick sample which has influence on the results.

I will in future be having my blood tested elsewhere

Difficult to get scooter repair under guarantee

Purchased a lightweight folding mobility scooter -took quite a while to arrive as I was told it was being checked to ensure it was running properly. Producteventually arrived November 2025 - is as described, good and lightweight and very (too?!) reasonably priced . However fault developed in .february -the folding handlebar would not stay up in use . Request to company about having repair done under guarantee simply elicited a request for a video of the fault which I submitted -then, silence…….As this was a badly needed piece of equipment I went to a local company in Colchester who, although not supplying this type of scooter, happily corrected the problem on the spot and said that the issue was the kind that often occurred as a result of “wear and tear” -this after about 3 months of not even daily use!! If you purchase from Welzo be aware that getting problems put right under guarantee is not easy. I guess an example of you get what you pay for!

Pay attention when you purchase

They offered a much lower price for the product I wanted compared to other brands, which initially seemed great.

However, although I only intended to make a one-time purchase, they automatically signed me up for a subscription. If I hadn’t noticed it in time, I would have been charged repeatedly. To make matters worse, they also sent messages to my WhatsApp without my permission. This kind of practice feels very misleading and intrusive.
