m absolutely delighted with my new cannes bed. The quality is excellent and exactly as shown online. Delivery was quick, and the delivery team were incredibly respectful of both me and my home. I had shoe covers ready, but they even brought their own. They kindly carried the bed upstairs for me, which I really appreciated as I wouldn’t have been able to manage it myself. I would definitely buy from WeMakeBeds again.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with WEMAKEBEDS from start to finish. They offer an amazing selection of beautiful beds, and I recently purchased both a children's bed for my daughter and a Super King Carson Cloudscape bed. Both beds look absolutely stunning and have exceeded my expectations.

The delivery process was quick and efficient, and I would like to give a special thank you to James and Raju. They were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout. They removed the old bed and assembled the new one in just 15–20 minutes, making the whole process completely hassle-free.

I’m writing this review to give potential customers a realistic picture of what you may experience with We Make Beds. Had I read a review like this beforehand, I would not have placed an order.

Ordering & First Delivery
The website gives the impression that you can customise your bed to your exact preferences, including headboard height and base height. As two tall people, my husband and I ordered a super king Monaco bed, paying extra for a taller headboard and a 55cm base. The total cost was over £700.
Delivery was fairly quick — around 3–4 weeks — but the problems began immediately. The base looked short, so I measured it. It was 40cm, not the 55cm we paid for. The courier phoned the manager, who acknowledged it was the wrong base. If they knew it was wrong, why deliver it?
They tried to persuade me to keep the incorrect base until they could deliver the correct one. I refused and insisted they take it back. I also asked about the footboard shown on the website; the couriers said they would “deliver it next time.”

Second Delivery
Two weeks later, the replacement base arrived — 50cm, not 55cm. At that point, after sleeping on a mattress on the floor for two weeks, I accepted the 5cm difference.
But the issues were far worse:
• Two of the four drawers didn’t work.
• The courier sent a video to the manager, who agreed that the entire structure was faulty and a new base would be required.
• No footboard was delivered again.
• Pins were sticking out, which the installer simply hammered in.
• The headboard, once unwrapped, looked nothing like the website photo — the lines were much narrower and the design looked completely different.
At this point, it was clear I was dealing with a company with extremely poor-quality control.

Attempt to Resolve
I told the manager to take the bed back. He tried to convince me to keep it in exchange for a partial refund. I refused — the bed had faulty drawers, no footboard, and a mismatched headboard.
The couriers said they couldn’t take it immediately because they had another delivery, so I had to chase the company repeatedly via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Collection & Refund
When the bed was finally dismantled for collection two weeks later, the poor workmanship became even more obvious:
• The base had no proper support, just thin material loosely stapled over bits of wood.
• Inside the drawer area, excess black tarpaulin was hanging down.
• The outer fabric was roughly stapled, looking cheap and rushed.
• The drawers were misaligned, with random pieces of wood inside the frame.

I requested a full refund. Initially, they tried to charge a collection fee, but I reminded them of my rights under Section 20(7) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that when goods are rejected because they are faulty, the trader must cover all reasonable return costs.

To their credit, they did eventually issue a full refund.

Final Verdict
I would not recommend We Make Beds. Order at your own risk.

Very good service and the product ordered 2 beds last year and just ordered the 3rd bed. Answered all the questions promptly and helped us in every step. Very good delivery service with helpful staff.

I recently had my Haven Luxury TV Bed delivered and assembled, and I'm really pleased with the whole experience. The bed looks fantastic, and the quality is even better than I expected.

The delivery and fitting team were professional and respectful throughout. They took their shoes off before coming into the house and assembled everything efficiently, leaving the room clean and tidy afterwards.

I received my order in April and have contacted customer service via email and telephone calls 7 times as mechanism is faulty and still not received reply could anyone advise how to get in contact directly with customer service

I have still haven’t received my bed, I specified a date required, no response. I then contacted the company via WhatsApp and called as there was no response, to then have a call back from an angry employee stating it was bank holiday and no one was working to answer calls, this was after repeated attempts to contact! I then was informed it would be delivered 27th May, took time off work and made arrangements to be here, only to have no communication again, I then AGAIN messaged WhatsApp number to be told today is Eid and no one is working? How can they tell you a date and then completely blank you all day when I have lost time in work. I have had no response still, complete waste of time and money, please do you not cause yourself the heartache and time with this company, they are absolutely awful to deal with

They had my review removed for breaching guide lines apparently so here it is again with 1 abbreviation removed, I'm not going to lie I was disappointed when we received our bed, one of the brackets is wrong all the other 3 corner brackets to connect the bed together are correct but 1 corner is just completely wrong for the left handside, the hinges for the TV compartment lid to open are cheap and tacky! I would have thought they would have colour coded them to the material you selected but it's just cheap looking metal not even chrome. None of the screws holding them in are flush baring in mind there are 3 hinges, it just looks terrible and shoddy, and likewise with the straps attached from the bed to the TV lid they are cheap and just stapled in, the material is nice on the outside and tight, but I can't help but think the attention to detail is lacking with these bed designs, the material inside is also cheap and the ottoman bed base panels are covered in this material, the dust cover you find under the bottom of a sofa is better quality material than what they use on the inside of the panels, the back of our head board had a huge rip along the back of it, the design ideas are great, but attention to detail and quality just not there

Avoid this company at all costs! The worst customer service I’ve received in a very long time. Products are manufactured cheaply. Still waiting to hear back from them for a return. They are also liars. You are genuinely better off spending that little bit more and buying from a genuine company. If I could give a worse score I would.

I placed an order for over £800, but the online payment system went wrong - four times I went through the process trying to pay. The error message invited me to get help either by calling a US number, or returning to the merchant's site - but that button doesn't work.
I emailed the company - 3 times asking them to call so I could pay.
I telephoned 2 times- each time I was cut off, and received a text saying they would contact me soon. No-one has.
I even sent a WhatsApp message asking them to call me to take payment.
Clearly they don't want or need my business.

We recently brought this bed and couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is excellent. It feels really sturdy and well-made and it looks even better in person than it did online. It was easy to assemble very comfortable and has completely transformed our bedroom delivery was smooth and everything arrived in perfect condition. I recommend anyone looking for a stylish and reliable bed.

If you’re looking for a bed, this is definitely the company to go with! I spent a long time checking different websites to find somewhere with great reviews, good quality, and reasonable prices — and I’m so glad I chose this company.

Before ordering, I requested a few sample colours and materials, which arrived within just a couple of days. I eventually chose the Teddy Bouclé material in Latte for a super king bed. I loved that I could customise the base height and headboard height, making it feel really bespoke and exactly how I wanted it.

The only downside was the delivery. I paid extra for quicker delivery and was originally given a Saturday date, but unfortunately the day came and went with no sign of my order. I tried calling, but the office was closed over the weekend. I contacted them first thing Monday morning, and to be fair, they quickly rearranged delivery for the Wednesday. It was frustrating at the time as I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor in the meantime!

When Wednesday arrived, the delivery drivers were fantastic — so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They assembled the bed quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, my mattress wouldn’t fit up my narrow staircase, so I had to order a roll-up mattress elsewhere, but that was no fault of the company.

Overall, the quality of the bed is outstanding for the price I paid, and it looks far more expensive than it was. I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase and so pleased I ordered from here. Thank you so much — I’ll definitely be recommending you to everyone!

Bed was delivered and manufactured in time, it was perfect for my daughter’s room, and great quality.

Update: They got in touch to offer compensation for the bad experience so their customer service may improve for future customers. - The bed frame looks great and feels very sturdy, and the delivery driver was friendly and efficient. However, communication from the company was very poor - I received no updates, had to repeatedly chase for information, and the delivery date was changed last minute after I’d already rearranged work. Overall, I’m happy with the quality of the bed, but the customer service was frustrating and disappointing.

Had a bed customed how I wanted it to be and it arrived so beautifully made, the quality of the fabric and the wood etc is amazing quality, I’m very happy and in love with my new bed, highly recommend wemakebeds.com 🫶🏼🫶🏼 also recommend the delivery driver Raju for taking such good care delivering my bed

This is an amazing site I was abit sceptical ordering online but the quality and standard of the bed is absolutely amazing. The fitter did a good job putting my bed together and he was very polite and friendly. This company answered all my questions and got back to me quickly and the bed is beautiful. I really recommend this i will definitely be ordering again and my family, Thankyou
