Wensink Charged Me €3,500 at the End of My Contract Without Warning
I bought my Mercedes-Benz C-Class from Wensink and also subscribed to their maintenance plan. The sales representative quickly arranged the contract when I bought the car, and I paid the subscription fee regularly. My car never required additional maintenance beyond the regular servicing included in the plan (apart from an electronic issue right after purchase, which was fixed under guarantee).
At the end of the contract, Wensink suddenly requested an additional €3,500 for exceeding the mileage limit. I was never warned or reminded about this throughout the entire contract period, even though I brought my car to Wensink Service every year and they recorded the mileage themselves.
I never expected Wensink to look for a contractual loophole to charge such a significant amount after the fact — but unfortunately, that is what happened. This has been a very disappointing experience and makes me reconsider doing business with Wensink in the future.

Warranty Fraud
Today marks over one month since last review, and no one has gotten in touch. This goes on to show how shameless these people are, posting humble replies under reviews rather quick, while in reality, customer can go screw themselves. No support, no warranty and no compensation for months and months of suffering.

As expected, fake humble rather prompt reply to the review and radio silence on the emails (Ihave sent many). JLR are plenty to blame, but I was sold a DEALERSHIP warranty from Wensink when I bought the vehicle! Did they not know back then that they cannot carry our repairs/ recalls?? That they arent a Jaguar delaer??? Is this a breaking news now when the warranty is actually needed? The sorry doesnt repair my car or pay my high charging bill! FRAUDS

I saw a car on the site, made online reservation, came into the dealer that week. Made a test drive, everything looked good with the car so we signed the contract and I went home waiting for all the docs to be prepared. In a week time the car was at my doorstep. Additional compliment for delivering the car 150km from the dealer for free!

Best car dealer I ever encountered !
I recently bought a Hyundai Kona EV, from Wensink Emmeloord.
Personal was very friendly and professional. They prepared everything for me for the purchase. Explain everything clear to me. They even changed my car dash display to English at my request. I was very impressed by their professionalism. Everything went smooth, I wish all the car dealers would be like this.
