Having recently purchased a hot tub from Wensum Pools we found their customer service to be first class. The sales team are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We are very pleased we chose to buy from Wensum and look forward to enjoying our Jacuzzi for many years.
Phoned last Saturday as we wanted a quote to renovate our existing pool and was asked to email so I did, resent the email on Thursday and still no response. Phoned yesterday to see if they had got my email and they said they would phone me back and they didn't but they did email to say 'due to high workload they couldn't quote at the moment'. How did they know I didn't want the work doing next year but nothing. Shocking customer service so god only knows what the work would be like. They are lucky they can turn work down so easily.

Nice people but exceptionally bad value for money. Charged exceptionally high price for simple 1.5" pipe and 2" fittings.Do yourself a favour and talk to Uk pool stores pool item will be at least 50% cheaper than my experience with Wensum, no wonder showroom was empty!!!
Not sure if it was sour grapes but told me that step unit from Plastica manufactured by Banbury leisure were obsolete and impossible to match with a liner.????
