Lovely garden centre and the petting zoo area is great my little boy loves it here, the staff at the bothy are incredibly friendly it just gets a bit busy at times which can be hard with a young child

We went to the cafe to just have 2 drinks. Stood a long time in the queue. Some staff had nothing to do whilst 1 member of staff had to take payment, make drinks and sort another issue out. Very badly run

Today, our family of five plus our three year old had a lovely breakfast as usual in the Bothy where the staff are always lovely and the food excellent. We bought something in the shop and enjoyed the build up of excitement with my great grandchild knowing we were taking him into the garden to look for the 'easter eggs' on the map he was given . After paying our money for 5 adults and a 3 year old we were very disappointed at the lack of effort that had been taken with the route itself and the fact that when he handed in his pencil on the way out his reward was basically a choice of a packet of parma violets or a chew. Which I must say he himself was grateful for.
When he asked the lady at the flower shop where Easter bunny was she was kind enough to phone someone in the farm who told us that he would be there in 2 hours ! Needless to say he was disappointed and so were we. Ok the 5 x 2.95 plus the chikd price we paid each to take him in the garden seems cheap enough but a penny chew ? Come on Wentworth garden centre surely you could do better than that? Think of the possibilities! You could surely afford to put someone in a rabbit outfit and hand out some sweets to the kiddies? The money people spend there week after week surely you could do better ? We as a family had a laugh about it , although my great grandson was upset all the way back at not seeing the easter bunny .
This time we were all very disappointed 😞 and wouldn't recommend it today.

We celebrated our golden wedding anniversary
I can honestly say we all had a great time. The venue was brilliant the food was lovely,and l must give a big thanks to Liz who was marvellous, a credit to the company.

Afternoon tea at The Walled Garden. Food was very good, but we were not offered any water on arrival. Our experience could also have been improved by offering hot water to top up our teapot. Seemed that the waitress was busy going between the kitchens and the room in which the afternoon tea was served, so I felt the service wasn’t great, as the waitress was absent whenever we wanted to ask for anything.

We have a lovely trip this morning, fabulous staff in shop and great visit to farm. However I will not be returning due to the disrespectful and arrogant staff sorting deliveries which had block disabled spaces and our exit, all we wanted to know was how long they would be as we’d returned to our vehicle with my disabled daughter to be told deal with it! Seriously lacking in disability awareness inclusion and customer service training!

Myself daughter and grand daughter had a lovely day out unfortunately the 2 women on the tills at the shop left a lot to be desired not concentrating on the customer talking to each other my daughter had her item wrapped and practically thrown at her no bag offered then mine was not given the option of being wrapped but was put in a bag without a thank you no pleasantries shop was quiet so there was no pressure on staff just that little touch of communication goes a long way more staff training would be a good idea still love this place to visit just a bitter sweet day that visit

What a lovely place to visit!
The gardens are beautiful and the shop is brilliant! Best customer service we have ever experienced from the lovely lady who wrapped up our purchases and even helped us find the perfect pot for our indoor plant 😊

First class customer service. Chris and Anne-Marie went out of their way to make my shopping experience at the fabulous Wentworth Garden Centre a great one. Can't thank them both enough!

Great destination, lots to do and the pork pie and hot chocolate here are good!

Excellent garden centre, shop and gardens but let down by the hot chocolate. I was served a hot, milky, beige drink with chocolate flakes on top. The flakes did not make up for the lack of chocolate in the drink. I even asked if they had put chocolate in the drink and the lady serving looked a bit blank!

If you're looking for a nice place to enjoy a meal,or just a coffee break, after enjoying a quality shopping experience on site, then your problem is solved! Wentworth Garden Centre is a lovely place to visit and The Bothy offers a lovely dining experience in a beautiful restaurant in a lovely setting. W whilst The Bothy is one of the latest additions to site,we've been visiting the site for over 35 yrs now, and we must say that our favourite "new" spot is a table on the sunny terrace. The food is of excellent quality, served by caring, smartly dressed staff. The prices are very reasonable and the ambiance of the restaurant is delightful to enjoy. We like this place... hope that you do too!

Visited today on what is one of the busiest days of the year. The centre is filled to the brim with wonderful gifts and ideas. The food is top notch. The best surprise was the customer service from James,iwanted to replace a bauble id accidently thrown away. I couldnt see one in store and was told theyd sold out so thought that was that and felt rather disappointed. However, James must have took the trouble to carry on searching and i got a call later to say he had found one! I was able to collect it the same day and was very touched that he had gone the extra mile for me, even when they were so so busy. Thank you all & merry christmas, you made my day, especially James!!!

Courteous staff welcomed you to the restaurant which was clean, interesting decor, well laid out & good atmosphere.
We had a breakfast which was well presented and good quality if not a tad dearer than similar restaurants.
Service was excellent - thanks Andrea, who was a credit to the establishment.
Would go again and sample a Lunch this time.

Wentworth Garden Centre is truly fabulous. Really great food, very high quality at reasonable prices. It gets very busy but the service is always prompt and friendly. The selection of plants on offer is really impressive. Also the shop is packed with a huge range of quality items. There's a massive car park and a range of attractions for children.
