I want my money back
Made a purchase a month ago, still not delivered. Called a few times, every time they give a different story. One time they said it is sent to me, and that is probably with DHL and will arrive soon. Second time they said it is in their warehouse but order is processed so it means it will be sent to me soon. All lies. I received an email that they have some warehouse system changes and they ask for understanding. After a week I call and they claim my order is processed and they can not refund me now because it is processed. Something is very wrong and shady with this website. Last call I made I said I want a refund, and they said they will send an email following up our conversation and further steps. Email not received ofc. It is really so annoying. This is not a way to do business.
