Printing order of service was…
Printing order of service was excellent, but mistakes can happen, just think end product should be checked over before printing and not left to the person who has lost a love one,
But overall brilliant service, would definitely use again.

Good coustmer service just feel like…
Good coustmer service just feel like the quality isn't 100% for what I've paid (some cards peeling) plus I forgot to put my name on my card and feel like it's something a print company should've mentioned. Need to improve on the design. Overall okay service

Sorry to hear you're not completely happy with your purchase, if something is wrong with the quality of your cards we will happy replace them. . .
with regards to the artwork it's not uncommon for business to exclude names on business cards this way multi people can hand out the same card with the cost savings of 1 set of cards, so this wouldn't be something we would flag up unfortunately.

my product was exactly How I wanted it .
my product was exactly what i was looking for . I am Actually very happy but felt customer service wasn’t Up to scratch when I came to pick up my order . The lady was busy on the phone and didn’t really communicate with me until almost 5 minutes Passed by .Eventually She asked me what I had come in for . In future I think it would be nice to reassure the customer and quickly pass there order over if ready !! it’s literally scrapped a 5 star. Still it was nothing major but I would still recommend you !
