I lost my watch on a flight from LHR to DUB. I submitted a lost item report just 15 minutes after leaving the plane and received a response within 5 minutes saying there was no match.

Surprisingly, less than 24 hours later, I received photos of my watch, which perfectly matched the description I provided. It’s an old watch, but holds great sentimental value to me.

Overall, I’m very happy with the service; fast, responsive, and efficient. Thank you!

Change the name to "We Ransom IT for Cash!"

I discovered after I arrived home from holiday that I had left a device on an Aer Lingus Flight. I was immediately able to see the device's location using the "Find Device" software. It was still in the airport and as luck would have it I had to return there the following day so I was confident I could retrieve it quickly!
Imagine my surprise when I found the Aer Lingus staff were not in a position to help and referred me to the "wereturnit" service that Aer Lingus now mandate instead. This was despite the device being literally 100m from my location in the airport! How frustrating!
So I used the service despite their shady website (no phone number, no address, no means of contact!). Nope there's no chit chat, these lads just want your cash. No cash - no return and you can get stuffed!
Anyway, all that said, once I engaged with them the device was quickly returned, well packaged, by courier. So it's a good service it you transferred to another flight overseas or live far from the airport, otherwise it's just another shakedown.
