no refund
Some time ago I ordered on this online shop safety shoes. I did not get any message from them that I can collect my shoes. I write myself and ask when I can get my shoes. When I arrived at the store in Helmond, I tried shoes and they were too big. I asked what i need to do to if I want to return shoes. A shop assistant made a copy of my invoice and wrote that I want refund. She also said that on Monday her colleague returned money for shoes to my account. The next Tuesday I sent an email with a question when I will get my money back. I don't get the answer. I sent them the same question at least 5 times, but still have had not getting a reply. The phone number indicated on the web site is not available.
