Wrong taxation on export within the EU
I have just bought new wheels for my BMW in Denmark. WerksRaeder have billed me my home countrys 25 % vat even though any sale between EU is taxed by the selling country (19%).
Despite many emails sent between the company and myself their will not change the vat fra 25% to the correct 19 %.
I have even sent them a copy and link to the danish customs authorities, but no, 25% it is.
(one could wonder who gets the 6 % difference?)
So all deals made outside Germany, be aware!!

First, I asked to the sales support to check if the wheel set I selected fits my car. I sent the request in the evening and received the positive answer the following day
I ordered the wheel set on tuesday and received it the thursday on the following week in France (including 1 bank holiday).
To sum up: attractive prices for genuine parts, reactive customer support, quite fast delivery and safe packaging to protect the goods: what more could you ask for?

Then I was offered another set of wheels and I accepted. But no one took responsibility, I had to contact 3 different people during the 4 days, to get them to ship the wheels.
