Very bad experience
I booked a health examination through my company to just check on my general health. Unfortunately, the health examination turned into an absolute nightmare for me. When taking blood from me, the staff was extremely unprofessional. They kept speaking swedish to me, eventho I repeatedly said that I speak English. The person that took my blood did such a terrible job, it was extremely painful. After she stabbed my arm for the 3rd(!!) time, I fainted on the chair. It was really traumatizing. She did not get enough blood from me so I had to rebook my examination. So I did the examination again at Hyllie Vårdcentral and that went pretty smooth. Until my results came and they were incomplete! They asked me to rebook my appointment AGAIN. I did not rebook a 3rd time because it is just too much at this point. I am really disappointed in Werlabs.

Great experience 5th year in a row

Really good service
Really good service. Way better than expected. So easy to book. The sampling was first class and very friendly staff. The results came back early and the doctors analysis was very clear.
I will be definitely using this service again. Thanks Werlabs!

Incompetent Lab technician
The person in the lab (Din HälsaVästerås) was not able to take the blood in one go. It took him 3 attempts with 3 different veins and about 5 minutes of needle in my arm to take the blood samples.

More inclusive for trans ppl
It’s great that we can get blood tests done with you, but many people who use this service are transgender who use it to help them with their hormones. There should be more inclusivity for trans people in your user experience, for example giving us the option to enter our gender if it is different from our sex. Since many of us use this to measure hormones and are on hormone replacement therapy, our hormones reflect that of the sex that corresponds to our gender and not our sex assigned at birth/legal sex (for context legal sex is very difficult to change and by the time you can do this you will have access to hormones via the public healthcare system, so the people using your private service have not yet had access to that legal change). This will help provide better and more accurate as well as more compassionate care to your transgender patients.

It was a smooth experience from booking the test, giving the sample and receiving the results. The results were very detailed and the doctor’s remarks were very helpful to interpret the results. There were also some helpful links with information on how to eat better to address the markers that were outside the normal range.

Good service, just a little confusing instructions and you can't find where is your ordered test and what to do before going to the lab.

Slow results and computer generated "doctor" evaluation
The test results were slow to arrive compared to other providers (e.g. Medisera, Testmottagning), and it was clear that no human looked the results to evaluate properly.

In general, you can expect test results within 4 working days. Some tests are not analyzed daily, so there may be a delay when it comes to e.g. allergy tests, hormones and certain minerals such as zinc. It may also be due to the samples being sent to another location to be analysed.
Each test result is manually reviewed by our doctors and we are continuously working on developing our doctor's comments.
