Product Details As authentic blitong spice that will get your senses going as soon as you open the pack. The spices is simply packed into a 400g sealed vac bag and comes with a tried and tested recipe. Simply marinade your meat in a little water and vinegar, then coat this spice mix over the meat before drying. The spice smells wonderful & produces a beautiful Biltong providing the meat is just as good! Product Features - Usage rate: 32g per kg of meat. - 400g Pouch.  - Recipe included.

It was my first attempt to make Biltong. Was amazed how straightforward the recipe was. Feed back from friends who were guinea pigs reported "Amazing", "Just like the real thing", "Where did you get that spice from?", At least one was going to order the Biltong Spice. And the best bit is that my old chiller came up trumps again. Now saving up for some prime beef. So there you have it 4 different reviews in one!

This is a very good blend, the only comment I have is that it either has too much chilli or pepper in the blend and this needs to be adjusted.
