(Keep in mind that Mr Reid has no website, only email, and openly states that he is not a tech savvie person)
Mr Reid, as you have shown the world, there is no "Vitriol" towards you, no hate and no malice, and never has been as is clear from our message to you.
It does however seem that you have heavily edited what was said, and left out all of the abuse you have given us.
There has been no "Scathing" nor personal attacks"
In the 11 years you were with us, we replaced your server 4 times, as each server has a lifespan of around 3 years, and each time we replace a server, it is carefully planned, and every customer is notified of the up-coming server replacement, however what you seem to have left out is the fact that when we notified you of such an event, you would call us accusing us of sending you spam and junk, demanding to know "What is all this about?"
No customer, ever, has done that! Ever!
Every single time you changed things at your end and broke your own email, we would get a mouthful over the phone, to the point where we literally had to respectfully withdraw all telephone support and request that you put everything in writing, via support tickets.
We offered to help you via remote desktop too, to provide an instant fix and to see what problems you had but you said you didn't trust any of that "black magic".
You then hit us with 10x more support tickets than anybody else, constantly accusing us of breaking your email, even when nothing had happened.
Every single time you raised a support ticket, it was just a rant of abuse that contained no useful information, and every single time we asked you for information, screenshots, anything at all, we got nothing, the ticket was left for cold.
What exactly are we to do with that?
It got to a point where twice, we had to ask you politely to take your service elsewhere, as we didn't want to hear your constant abuse.
To this day, we have no idea if your email ever did have any problems at all, nor why you repeatedly felt the need to be so abusive and rude, but as we said, we hope you don't treat the next provider so poorly.
Becoming somebodies web hosting and IT company is a 2 way relationship, but sadly you treated us worse than 2nd rate slaves.
The fact that you are openly taking sides with a fellow service abuser demonstrates that.
This is something we will not tolerate.
