We booked our package through Weski for the first time. The trip was to Davos, Switzerland. There were 5 of us in the party but only 3 took the skiing package. They took the bookings for hire and passes, as they thought it was a good price. As a whole, we’re satisfied with WeSki. Any questions were answered almost immediately through WhatsApp and emails. Because of this, we’re able to enjoy the trip better, knowing we have the help at the end of the phone, if needed. The transfers from the airport and to the airport back were good as well - on time and courteous drivers.
So easy to manage
So easy to manage. Everything is done whilst booking so we literally just had to turn up. Second time using weski and cannot recommend highly enough

This was the most well organised holiday that I have ever been on with both email and text messages received at the perfect time every time relating to departure, the requirements during the visit - ski hire and passes, and departure. Just brilliant
Prompt and helpful customer service
We had a great experience booking our trip with WeSki. The booking process was very simple and we were sent regular updates on how to check in, our transfer info and tickets etc. Unfortunately, our outbound transfer was booked to the wrong stop via AndBus, meaning after a 4hr bus journey from Barcelona to Andorra, we then had to make our own way an extra 40minutes to our hotel. However, when we informed the customer service number for WeSki of this, they were very apologetic and promptly sought to fix our transfer information. They ensured our return bus pick up point was amended and gave us the contact details of our bus driver to be absolutely sure of this. Despite the initial blip, the customer service absolutely made up for it. Highly recommend.

Hadn't booked a ski package for a long time and it was very easy to choose flight times and destinations. The discount on the lift pass was very welcome too.
All communication from we ski and transfer provider was very clear.

WeSki were brilliant from the moment we booked. Communication was perfect, itinerary was spot on and easy to follow instructions. Our accommodation was a slight let down but the location was perfect.
Efficient , on time and at a high standard
I booked the flights, transfers and accomadation with WeSki, every element was efficient, on time and of a high standard. The transfer to Munich to Mayrhofen was excellent no wait time and on time. I will be booking with WeSki next year

Couldn’t thank WeSki enough for all their help. Throughout the booking process WeSki customer service were brilliant, they answered my questions promptly and clarified any confusion I had.
More importantly though, whilst on holiday the accommodation I booked was listed/ advertised and pictured as 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. Additionally, I emailed the accommodation to confirm that we've booked for 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed as there were 3 of us. However, when we arrived there was 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Unfortunately the chalet (Lagrange Vacances, Les Chalets Edelweiss) were not helpful at all. Very poor service from reception, very blunt, showed no empathy, and tried shifting blame onto WeSki. Fortunately, WeSki have a customer service holiday line which you can contact whilst on your trip. I contacted them after 6pm on a Monday and they immediately picked up. The customer service agent (Carolina) was extremely helpful and empathetic. Additionally, I was extremely grateful that WeSki’s customer service holiday line would reply even late in the morning, not just business hours. After a bit of back and forth, WeSki provided a few different options for us, such as; relocating us or providing us with credit for another trip. In short, WeSki gave us a partial refund and gave us 75 euros (25 euros per person) to spend on a meal for our troubles. I couldn't have asked for more from them. This was the second time I booked with them and I will definitely look at booking with them again for future trips.

Amazing! the whole process was stress free and no problems. Everything from the transfers to the ski passes went smoothly would book my next ski trip with these in a heartbeat.
