Yesterday I had a telephone consultation with Lakhwinder to discuss my Home Insurance with Wesleyan. Previously, a few years ago, I had a quote which was way off the mark for me so I was a bit wary, but this time was very different. I was spoken to in a very understanding manner for my situation, with professionalism throughout. I was left in no doubt that this was in fact the best deal for me this year. I felt I was listened to and all my questioned answered.Everything was done over the phone, payment taken and documents sent while we were still speaking. Great service. Had a pre planned phone call to discuss Home Insurance with Chris Ibbitson of Wesleyan Financial Services. From the outset the call was friendly, positive and professional. The facts were presented in a straightforward manner and any queries were dealt with immediately and professionally. It was so reassuring to actually speak to a person who was prepared to listen and interact with me. It was a personal experience with the adviser having a very detailed understanding of the product. He took my considerations into account and acknowledged that I had a good understanding already about home insurance. I felt I received a good quote from a trustworthy company. Tom Kearns gave us our joint annual financial review. He was knowlegeable, polite, professional and very clear to understand. He detailed what we needed to know and constantly asked if we had understood all that was discussed. It was a very useful hours conversation.

I attempted to open a savings Isa online.
It quickly took my money but then told me there was a problem and I needed to contact them by telephone. I have been trying to contact them numerous times, only to hear the operators are to busy to deal with my call

Attending the free Wesleyan seminar is something that I would recommend to anyone looking to understand their teachers' pension, especially if they are considering retirement or early retirement. Andrew Bloxsome fronted the session and then I followed that up with a further group session that he was offering those who were considering retirement.
From the moment I agreed to Andrew supporting me through the process of understanding and claiming my Teachers’ Pension, he was professional, friendly, transparent and incredibly supportive.
The TPS felt complicated and overwhelming, but Andrew made the whole process straightforward and easy to understand. I found the process to be efficient and easy. I followed a link online and was called by a member of the Team who discussed my needs and then booked an appointment with Satish, who is a Teaching Pensions specialist. Satish was friendly and easy to talk to. He had lots of knowledge and was able to explain things to me clearly and simply.He went through my Personal statement and was able to inform me how the complicated system works as I am part of two different schemes: Final salary and Career average salary.
