Professional, considerate installer, a great job and a great product!
I have to admit we were concerned about how much disruption was going to take place during installation (2 doors, 4 windows) but in the event, Colin the installer was absolutely brilliant, professional, friendly and checking every step of the way that we were ok, as well as managing removal of the very old windows without mess and taking great care of our home. The new doors and windows have transformed our house, it looks brighter, is more secure and at last is draft free! I am very glad we opted to go with West Country Windows!

We had a new roof on our utility room and a new roof on the conservatory. Colin the fitter was excellent, very efficient and professional and a pleasure to have in our property. Everything was left clean and tidy. The result was outstanding and gave a great look to the finished job.

West Country Windows,Doors & Porch …
We used West Country Windows 3 years ago to replace all our windows and doors and were pleased with the quality of the product and the installation. We chose them initially because we can remember the adverts on the radio from many years (30+) ago, so we thought they must be good to still be around. This summer we decided to enclose the two open sides of our porch before the winter weather set in. Spencer came round and did the quote, and as before there’s no hard sell and he’s s full of good ideas and advice. We are very pleased with the results, the installation team were great. We find the whole outfit very polite and professional at all stages, thanks very much!

We used WCW 9 years ago and they were so good it was a no brainer to have them replace windows and a new front door when we moved to our new (old) bungalow. The same craftsman we had before did our latest project and was again superb.The upgrade has been clean, smooth and made the world of difference.A quality product.

Whole house windows & doors replacement.
Very pleased with our new windows & doors which have smartened up the whole house. They are letting more light in(with our choice of windows),we can hardly hear the road traffic now & should stop winter draughts & heat loss. They were well fitted by a professional & friendly team of 3 in a week. We have had plenty of good comments from neighbours & people walking past. We would recommend W.C.W & use them again if we had a need.

Competitive price - great service!
West Country Windows replaced our old plastic conservatory roof with a solid flat roof. Competitive price and a high standard of workmanship throughout. Replacement roof, plastering and electrics all sorted through the company. Generally, very happy with the service provided. Would certainly recommend.

Very impressive
Very impressive. We chose West Country Windows to replace old wooden doors on the front & rear of the cottage & they have done a wonderful job.
We had to have an old oak lintel replaced as part of the works & they took care of everything. The workmanship on the lintel was superb.
With the doors fitted the house is secure & weatherproof.
We had a couple of small issues after install but they were more than happy to come out & resolve very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent communication throughout the entire process.
I cannot recommend West Country Windows enough.

GOOD QUALITY REPLACEMENT WINDOWS
last year I requested WCW to supply and install three bay window units to finish off my renovation of an Edwardian property.
The result was outstanding and gave a great look to the property.
Once again I asked WCW to furnish me with a new quote and installation date to replace windows to an upstairs bedroom and bathroom.
The whole process was a dream from Spencer's visit to the arrival of the installation team three weeks early.
The installers were industrious, polite, professional, and cheerful throughout the day.
would not hesitate to use WCW again in the future.

Great customer service, fitting and results
Great customer service from my first enquiry at the Yeovil showroom all the way through to fitting. Clear explanations of the different options available for the window and double doors I wanted replaced. No pushing for me to decide with good communication once order was placed and dates for fitting confirmed. Work was done tidily despite the challenges of wonky stone work, and all rubbish taken away. Very pleased with the result and looking forward to far fewer drafts this winter!

We had some West Country windows fitted…
We had some West Country windows fitted in 1984 and have until last week not had any problems.. we went to the window and it would not open so I contacted them on Friday 26/9/2025 and an appointment was made for 29/9/2025. The engineer arrive punctually and assessed the problem which was a faulty gearbox which was promptly changed. He also gave us some tips on maintenance, which was gratefully received. I would have no doubts about recommending West Country windows veryhighly
