I will buy from Quality

I will buy from Quality. We do not like you bullying your way into our town. We have a long history of doing business locally and will continue to buy locally. Your not paying taxes here, your profits are not spent here and I refuse to send my money to Oklahoma. Buy and spend locally.

A pleasure doing business with!

The staff were very helpful when I called and kept me informed about my purchase and its progress. Initially it was going to take 3 weeks for them to get the mower deck from John Deere but thankfully it arrived at my house within a week! I was elated! The price was the best I could find and free shipping! I will definitely order from them again!

Best parts service I've ever had

Best parts service I've ever had. I had been hunting down a part for my lawn sweeper for months and getting nowhere. Sandra did the needed research to locate it and even called me back to update the progress. I couldn't be happier and this will now be my "go to" parts store.

Very poor customer service

I ordered 4 cans of John Deere yellow paint to touch up a tractor I was selling. They notified me it was backordered 3 weeks so I contacted them by email, text, and voicemail to cancel the order because that would be too late for my needs. I never heard a word from them in response. A month later the paint shows up. The tractor is sold and gone. It costs more to return it than it’s worth. I guess I’ll paint my wife’s new Jaguar yellow!! I’ll never order from these people again.

I contacted costumer service 3 times…

I contacted costumer service 3 times regarding missing parts in my shipment and provided that parts list and quantity of what I needed. I never received that hardware I needed and eventually got tired of waiting, so just bought that parts I needed. Very Disappointed.

Had to return the part I order.

Had to return the part I ordered and customer service was top notch. Parts were new but but not compatible with my mower. ( my fault). Will definitely use them again.

The product seems to be working pretty…

The product seems to be working pretty good with occasional grass blockage which I knew that would happen. The only thing that stood out was I didn’t get all the nuts and bolts hardware. Everything else is good so far.

Great merchant. I'm new to.the John Deere world, and thankful I found this dealer for parts and supplies. Great communication, helped me fix an order mistake (on my part) before it shipped, and actually went beyond the call of duty to find an out of stock part at one of their satellite stores in order to fill my order. Even received a handwritten note thanking me for my business - unexpected and appreciated touch. Oh, and the pricing was best in the market, with free shipping.
