Great service
Ordred a milwaukee blower from site. I knew it was on back order and would take a couple of months but got regular updates on the progress of my order. It was despatched and arrived very quickly after coming back into stock. Great service.

Good products at a good price but…
Good products at a good price but unfortunately the service was appalling and so was the customer service. Placed an online order for collection. Was advised it would arrive in 2 working days. Could have had next day from Amazon but could wait the extra day as ordered in the morning. Lights did not arrive on day 3. Called to chase and was advised I would get a call back. No call. Called again the next day and was told they have arrived and they are ready to collect. Straight after the call I got an email confirmation of the order being ready. No apology of any kind about the delay even when asked why there was a delay. Only saved a few pounds, so not worth the aggro. Probably will not use again unless I have to. Also when collecting I could see others having to wait and staff totally disorganised. Also saw a lady said she has been waiting to collect an order and had been there 15mins.

I’ve checked your order and can confirm it was dispatched from our side on 26/05/2026, the day after it was placed on 25/05/2026, using our express DX delivery service and within our expected timeframe.
According to the courier tracking, delivery was first attempted on 27/05/2026, however a calling card was left as no one was available at the address at the time. A redelivery was then arranged and the parcel was successfully delivered on 28/05/2026.
We always do our best to dispatch orders promptly and support our customers throughout the delivery process. As a goodwill gesture, we would be happy to offer free shipping on your next order.

I ordered a socket set they didn’t have it in stock. Emailed them asking for a refund never got it emailed them again still no refund. Trying to call them and they never answer the phone on every line I tried. Don’t waste your time or money.
