Terrible company, I spent a lot of money on new switches and when the builder found 1 was missing I emailed for a refund within 14 days (more than reasonable timeframe). They stated some moot points about their 3 day policy for missing items and that the stock is up to date in their warehouse so won’t be issuing a refund. Neither of which I care about when I’m out of pocket and have not received what I paid for.
As another reviewer has stated, I have used the chargeback scheme and will report them.
After 2 weeks I don't received materials. Not respond on the phone .
I had various AI agents search for the best price for specific fire alarms... West Base won!
So I placed my order on 22 March. But despite their website not showing any stock issues, I hadn't had any confirmation of despatch by 26 March.
So I emailed them asking whether there was a reason that the order hadn't been shipped yet.
They never responded to the email, even though I could see (from my email tracker) that they had read it.
But, as if my magic, my order was despatched a few hours later.
On Saturday morning I got a notification from Royal Mail that it would be delivered in the afternoon. So I waited in all day.
Sadly, it didn't arrive until today (Monday 30 March).
So now the alarms will have to wait until next Saturday for me to have the time to install them.
Great company to purchase from but using Royal Fail... sorry Mail ! for delivery will ruin the experience waited ages for delivery would have been quicker delivery by Royal Snail

Ordered multiple times, large orders for a house build and although the deliveries where frustrating (not turning up at the same time even though the website showed in stock) the products were largely good.
I cancelled an order due to their own stock issues and part of the order wouldn’t be available for 6 weeks yet, 5 weeks later the cancelled items still arrived, meaning I then had to go through their returns process unnecessarily.
I returned items under RMA in January and followed their process correctly. The parcel was not collected by them, returned to me in February and I had to pay £5 to collect it from Royal Mail and a further £10 to send it again, all on top of the £11 paid to send it back the first time — costs which have not been reimbursed to me or even acknowledged by them.
This caused delays of over 2 months, entirely outside my control.
They then refused the refund, blaming damaged packaging and timing, despite this being the result of their failure to collect the parcel. After significant chasing, they agreed to refund — but I have still only received a partial refund of the items cancelled with the remaining balance outstanding still weeks later.
Communication has been extremely poor throughout, emails are not properly addressed, responses are incredibly slow, and you cannot speak to anyone about returns on the phone which makes this situation even more frustrating.
This is well beyond their own 14-day refund policy, which they have not adhered to but happy to quote in emails very often.
I also paid for express delivery on another order which arrived late — this was eventually refunded, but only after further chasing by me.
Overall, a very frustrating experience over what should have been a simple return. I’ve ordered multiple times before and spent thousands but based on this I would not trust them again and pay a little more for a better service.
Still waiting for my refund nearly 3 months on!
Awful customer service, I order a £60 order I wasn’t happy with the colour so asked for a return, I was over the 14 days as my family have had a family emergency. I have tried so hard to get them swapped don’t even want a refund they are still sealed and in the box but the have refused. Disgusting and disappointed with such bad service in a time when even is trying to make each penny count. Nice one.
