Founded in 2019 by Anthony Browne, who has more than 20 years of experience within the debt recovery industry, the company was built on a simple belief: successful debt recovery works best when relationships come first. Our services include debt collection, litigation, enforcement, insolvency, asset searches, debtor tracing, construction adjudication, process serving, and international debt recovery. We offer debt collection on a “No Collection – No Commission” basis, with a competitive 15% commission rate. Where further action may be required, our account managers explain the available options clearly and guide clients through every stage. Today, our 16-person team has assisted more than 4,000 clients and helped recover in excess of £110 million in outstanding debts, with particular experience supporting private schools, construction firms, and trade businesses. Despite our growth, we remain committed to the approachable, honest, and personal service upon which Westbury Collections was built.
