WD is a scam and fraud as Brandi Morton…

WD is a scam and fraud as Brandi Morton and others stated they are, S & F. I had appt for teeth cleaning only and mentioned my chief complaint and WD ignored it. WD are really a scam and fraud, I encountered it myself on 2/21/20 and it is really true the patients' comments on the WD "cons". They have bad reputation taking advantage of the Denti-Cal and people who are vulnerable. Patients if you have issue/s with WD, file a complaint to the DENTAL BOARD ASSOCIATION. We will put them out of business, so that they don't rip off the denti-cal and people's money and they don't care whether a patient is unemployed like me. I did contact Denti-Cal about WD and said that the Denti-Cal have a lot of problems against WD.

And WD has sent me to the collection agency. Please note after I heard from my roommate that the WD has a bad reputation of ripping peoples' money and I went on website, it is true! NOTE: After I learned the bad comments about WD, I emailed WD that night of 2/21/20 stating that "Do not send the mold, and cancelled all the future appointments, also mentioned that i am unemployed and yet WD told me so called "inhouse finance," because they make you so bad looking at the black and white monitor itemizing the future plan treatment called gingivitis. Total would be $5,540 wow, easy moola ripping off unemployed, vulnerable people and made you bad credit for their intentional fraud.

The office on Elk Grove Florin road is the worst group anyone can possibly go to for dental care. Their customer service is horrid! I'm not sure where they hire their office managers from, but the incompidence and lack of compassion they exhibit explains the staffs poor training and lack of ability. We had been there during one horrible office manager's tenure and now they have replaced that one for one just as bad. After many months of screw ups, that manager along with her incompetent billing "specialist" were forced to leave in 2019. The office got better for about two months. Then it went back down hill and they somehow manage to keep getting worse. Save yourself and your family a whole lot of time, pain and frustration. I recommend you just don't step foot in their office. Excuse me, I mean factory.

Veronica

Veronica, ( from the finance department)

You are so nasty and rude. Are you upset, because I asked you questions and you had to actually do your job today? Western dental has been the worst decision I've ever done. I'm so happy I'm almost out of my contract. Don't miss any payments because these people will harass you. A majority of people are out of work and western dental has no problem adding late fees. They will hang up in your face and talk to you like you're inconvincing them. Um excuse this is your job and if it wasn't for your customers you wouldn't have a pay check.

Very awful place

Very awful place, they left pieces of teeth in my gums causing extreme pain, then charged me over $500 to take out what they say is "the bone around the tooth", all the time talking to each other and laughing, and for who knows what reason sliced open the inside of my cheek. SADISTS !!!!!

A VERY BAD OPTION FOR YOUR DENTAL NEEDS

A very bad bad bad experience with them. They charged twice for my son’s braces and kept saying that I haven’t paid. Customer service super bad, being in hold for more than 2 hrs when I as a mother need to be doing things around my house and children. Very unprofessional people to solve your problems for taking a lot of time for not answering your call but if you choose the option to pay they answer right away. DO NOT GO TO WESTERN DENTAL AT ALL!!!!!

Please do not go to this place

Please do not go to this place. I had a bad experience and later on my mother (who didn't know about my experience) had a horrible time as well. In my case, I went for a teeth cleaning and when the doctor came, he put anesthesia on me, so I asked why was he doing that?, well... he thought I was getting a filling!!. After that, when the dentist left, different nurses were coming to the room at different times and they all were giving me different instructions, so when I keep telling them that their instruction didn't seem right, they realized that they were mixing up patient's names! .
For my mom case, she bought some products to keep her teeth clean. But when she came home we realized that the products were overpriced so we decided to returned them; everything was brand new, we didnt even open the boxes, well...when we went to return the items the nightmare started. First, the employees were very rude when we said that we wanted to return the items, then nobody recorded the returns properly so the credit card company that work with Western dental was demanding us to pay for the products, even though we returned them, and after months of going back and forth they finally recognized that we do not owe western dental anything, when we thought the nightmare was over, Western dental collection team started with the harassment . Please please do not go to this place, honestly is the worst place on earth.

READ THIS!!! THEY PRACTICE ILLEGALLY

READ THIS!!!: DO NOT GO HERE or any Western Dental! They will hurt you, commit insurance fraud, double bill and over bill you!! They are NOT BBB accredited for a reason. They are a shady business that leach on low-middle class people because many people believe this is the only place that accepts medi-cal. Not only is the wait times 2 hours+ (even after they call you back) they LIE and make up treatment that you “need” but sure enough when you get a second opinion, you’ll see that you actually do not need 90% of what Western Dental says.. they will literally drill spaces in your teeth to put fillings in them and call them “cavities”. They will refuse to send authorization for treatment to your insurance because they want to charge you more!! They charge over 100% more than accredited and reputable dentists! They are money hungry liars and literally pay their employees to lie to patients and to persuade patients to spend money one way or another. They will even charge you out of pocket for something then bill your insurance for the same thing and call it something different. They will leave you with a worst mouth then you had coming in. Also, Majority of the dentists there are NOT board certified! when you call to express disputes or grievances, they will laugh at you and be rude and threaten to hang up on you. Rachel with patient relations not only mocked me with attitude, but told me she would not help me or give me any numbers to speak with someone higher up regarding the malpractice. Absolute HORROR of a business. Not only will they rip you off, lie to you, and create cavities to fill, they will also commit insurance fraud while billing you too. I tried to sue them 3 times in small claims but they refused to sign for certified mail and couldn’t be properly summoned to court.. They are very evil entitled people! Do your research, they have been sued and in legal trouble plenty of times for fraud, malpractice, and over billing. Please call your insurance and ask which places you can go besides here! for me, being in San Jose, I would highly recommend Dr. Lei at 60 Senter Rd. They treat you well and won’t rip you off.

Western Dental

When I first started going to Western Dental on Venice and Centinela, it was good then. The front desk reception is starting to get unprofessional, They talk too fast. and they're very inefficient. Patient care should always come first!!
I will not be going there anymore. I am going to find another dentist. They just lost a customer!!🤨😖😡

I would like to give them a 0 star…

I would like to give them a 0 star rating. My appointment was 145 pm I got there 30 min early so I could do the paper work as I was a new patient. Turned in my paperwork and was told to have a seat. 30 min past my appointment time i went to the desk to ask what was going on and was told that the oral surgeon was there and they were behind i told them it would be nice to have been told they were running late. They finally call me and i had xrays then finally the Dr comes in says i have no cavities and he was sending in the hygentist she said I had problems which I know I dont as I have taken good care of my teeth and see a dentist twice a year for cleanings . She said she was sending the financial guy to see me ,after waiting a while he comes in and tells me I needed all these procedures and it was going to cost close to $300 . In my brand New Day book it says that the most it cost for deep cleanings was $60. I will never go back to your establish.ent.

Fair warning ⚠️ to anyone who planning…

Fair warning ⚠️ to anyone who planning to be an employee or patient for western dental expect many disappointment, set backs and headaches being as it may there should be a training course in which front desk doesn’t have the knowledge to make proper appointment in which they wouldn’t be over booking, over working the staff and wouldn’t be any setback and rescheduling patients being as it may ?

Expect delays on mileage , payrolls, hours being cut and making false promise added back stabbing on equation You also have dental Assistant doing Rda duties that right friends we have a freak show going on here.

Are region managers have these link that able staff members to collect points for every yelp and google comment staff receive so we making false accusations Misleading the consumers ? for a first class round trips

Oh wait there more 😱 we forced people 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 these special programs like care credit and western dental credit little as you know about the risk of your Credit droping down walking yourself into payments they can’t make but hey the good news zero down no upfront down payment we take care that issue later on with unbelievable interest 🤫

Lord only know how these company still around with so many lawsuits and office mangers that spend half of there life working for WDS what would happen to them if these company crash down like the twin towers where would they go ? mcdonalds ? no lic no schooling need it being as admin region can't evan speck english

And dental assistant be accepted anywhere else being as they been doing it for over 20 years in a death-end job my advise for dental Assistant get your license and find another company and don’t let western dental pay or help you being as they keep you under contract for two years and if you leave before then ? you owes these company unbelievable fees that be Garish outta your paycheck .

So working or being a patient for WDS it’s like selling your soul to the devil you regret it there no stability
no retirement period just wasted your days on a company that will never value you also human resources, payroll and admin regional managers not following back on your concerns calls or emails but that western dental company for yah who isn’t organize

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!
Western Dental is the worst! leeches!
I was told something when I sign the contract. It change and now I owe more than when I started. and now I can't even go see the dentist because the office does not can't to see me. I talked to their customer service and I talk to a bunch of different people and they make me repeat my self they all give different info and no one can solve this. My teeth hurt, I bleed from my cheek where the wire from my braces poke me, even like this I cant go into an office. When I would go to the office they were rude like I was an inconvenience to them by being there.
Do not go with them. I know is a business but they could show a little tact or understanding.
