I do not normally write reviews but having bought oil here in Somerset for over 30 years I know that Western Fuel is the best supplier. Not necessarily quite the cheapest but the most reliable, the quickest delivery and the supplier I would always first turn to - having had some bad experiences with some other suppliers.

Very efficient
Very efficient , very reasonable and were concerned enough to telephone me to confirm directions as to where my rather hard to find oil tank was exactly, in case I wasn't home. Will use them regularly from now on.

I came back from a trip to find that…
I came back from a trip to find that the oil tank was empty; due to the recent exceptionally cold weather, the family had kept the heating on 24/7 throughout the house! So I left a message on WF office phone that night (after hours). The following morning I received a call, saying they were urgently dispatching a driver with 500 litres to keep me going, which arrived a couple of hours later. That's first class customer service.

I had a replacement Tank fitted recently and was impressed by the efficiency and speed it was fitted, so when I needed fuel, I thought I’d give you a try, it was delivered as agreed by a cheerful driver who also had a key to the tank, which makes it much easier for me.

Excellent service
Your delivery driver was very patient (to let our neighbours leave by car for their school run) as he had to move his truck just as he was ready to deliver the oil. He filled the tank as requested.
My only (very minor) complaint was the print quality on the delivery ticket was very faint.

WF replaced Watchman
WF installed a new oil tank just over a year ago but Watchman WiFi app was faulty and showed incorrect readings. WF came to replace Watchman at no extra cost (which indeed I expected them to having paid a lot for tank supply & installation).
Always efficient and polite.

Late delivery
I inadvertently missed replying to the email asking if we wanted a delivery with our group delivery service.
When I realised that I had left the reply too late I telephoned and we received a delivery within a couple of days.
