Buyer beware - fake goods
Buyer beware. Illegitimate company. I ordered 2 bottles of perfume, they arrived and were both fake/counterfeit. Both smelt awful and nothing like the actual product. The fact that they’re still charging full price for them and their website states 100% authentic is disgusting. One of the perfumes was Thierry mugler star and within this perfume a coupon code is always printed in the lid of the box. In this box it had been cut out yet the box was wrapped in cellophane as if it were brand new. I was told I could get a refund if i returned the goods but would have to pay for postage. I refused to do this and did not trust they would give me a refund anyhow as they told me they would have to send the product for ‘testing’…. Testing where?!! Reported it via my credit card instead and was given a FULL refund (I supplied multiple photos to my credit card company as proof the goods were fake). Beware of this company. Writing this review as don’t want others getting ripped off like I did, especially before Christmas.

Dear customer, we are sorry that you were unhappy with your purchase. However, we guarantee the 100% authenticity of our products and as you mentioned we offered a full refund when you return the products. You chose not to return the products, we also did not have any proof of the products/boxes being damaged (photos, etc..) neither an exact indication on what you did not like about this perfume. Most perfume wearers can exactly point what exactly they don't like in the scent, rather than describing it generally 'disgusting'. If you don't return the products, we cannot issue you a refund.
