The products were delivered in good condition and on the date as advised. Good quality steaks and they were very tender, will be using Westin Gourmet again.

received some ribeye steaks last week. The packaging wa spoor - the silver foil bag was not sealed and open. Ate two of the ribeye steaks - flavour was OK but a lot of the fat was gristle and inedible.

Bought one of the Wowcher offers, service was excellent and the quality of the meat was above expectations!

The T bone steaks recently ordered, did not really match up to expectation and did not really look anything like the picture used for the advertisement, the picture appeared to show thinner and therefor looking larger and more easy for 2 people to share, but on delivery the were thicker and more resembled large lamb chops, also felt although tender they did not have much flavour.

I have never used an online butchers before but wanted to buy so nice ham at a reasonable price and was very surprised at how reasonable the prices were the delivery was alao very good delivered on the date I wanted an we will definitely be using them again .

All steaks OK to excellent except for the porterhouse. Total waste of money. Cooked rare to medium it was tough and tasteless? The four of us left most of our steaks for the rubbish bin. Very disappointed., thought we'd found a winner.

First class service from point of order to delivery. All meat items are excellent quality and excellent value for money, cheaper than supermarket. We have never had a poor quality item.

I placed my first ever order and paid for a specific delivery day. My wife took one day's holiday to receive the delivery. However, a couple of days before the expected delivery day we received an email that told us that it could not be met and that it would be delivered on another day. Unfortunately this was a day when we were not at home. I tried to cancel the delivery and the email bounced back. I emailed another address off the website and the reply reflected that they hadn't seen the email. It did not answer my query about moving the delivery. On the new delivery day one of my son's was off work ill, so he took the delivery. An email, I received around this time said I would get a £5 discount on my next order, which I thought was a bit of an insult given that I firstly need to try the products to see if its better than the meat market we currently use, and also it would not compensate for the inconvenience it caused my wife with a wasted holiday taken off work.

Tasty meat and good value for the quality as well.
I'm satisfied with the customer service too.
If I can choose the delivery time or if they give me a notice earlier I'll be happier.(now they give me a notice in advance but sometimes it's just 3 minutes before the arrival)

Have been thrilled quality of the meat, have tried pork sausages, steaks, beef joints, chick and duck breasts and have some mince yet to try.

Delivery options are good to choose which day is best for you.

Excellent meat, full of flavour, lean, tender and delicious. Highly recommended.
