From beginning to end my experience has been wonderful. I had a custom order for a 26” bodywave wig with a medium sized cap. The seller kept in contact with me even after delivery! She made sure I received my package and that meant a lot to me. I ordered the wig for my graduation, it came earlier than estimated , the wig took to coloring well. I have t experienced shedding at all , thank God ! It’s really soft and no smell !

I was very skeptic to order hair from this site. however the hair I received was absolutely beautiful and fully human hair. Just as shown in the pictures. The shipping time was over 2 weeks though and I find their wig a little pricey. Despite the cons mentioned this will be my go to hair site as I know what I am getting for my bucks.
Please don't follow the social media influencers. Do your research and find one that seems trusted and continue from there.

First of all the interaction has been great from start to finish. Updates were provided through the process from order confirmation to the package being delivered. The order was placed on the 10th and was received today (20th) which is super fast in my book. It is evident that the quality of the hair is superb, the silky feel and look is top tier. The hair is thick and bouncy and for that I am super happy!!! I will be back with an updated review after the knots are bleached and install is done

They sent me a Wig that looks like something from the Adams family!! I ordered a Lace front wig and got a Closure wig!! I spoke with customer service and they said I ordered a Closure wig which I didn't order a Closure wig..There Website is very confusing and they sent me a Wig that's not even on there Website. I could not return it because I cut the Lace! And the Wig has a lump that sticks out and it won't move. Plus the Wig came to me Wild looking no style no nothing, it probably was a Wig someone else Returned! Oh and I received the used messed up Wig. I didn't even notice the Lump or hump sticking out the Wig, until after I cut the lace from my mannican. So no I will not be purchasing a Wig from your business ever again! Thank you

Great customer service and quality of hair. The only thing I would change would be wig cap sizing. It would be great if you could choose sizes, the cap on their wigs tend to be large.

I ordered two wigs. Only wore 1 so far, the curly wig and i love the texture. Shorter then expected but it look nice.

The hair was extremely soft and thick! I ordered a 24 inch body wave 5 x 5 hd lace wig. Wig hair was not thin on the ends and felt very soft. I am very excited to customize wig and see how HD the lace is. Came super fast too!

Although I had a problem with my delivery address for whatever reason, the seller did a AMAZING job communicating with me to make sure I got my order successfully. The wig was very soft and even came pre curled. I just got it installed today which the knots bleached very well and the curls are still soft! Thank you again for everything :) I’m loving the wig so far.
