If there was a way to give negative stars to this company I would! I ordered several items and received an unsealed empty box. I sent in a note explaining what had happened and was essentially told that I must be lying as the photo I attached approximated the size of a filled box.
I wanted to update my review to say that over a week ago, I sent another email asking that this company check their shipping process. I also asked for a refund since I had no faith that a re-order would be successful. I received no reply. I had ordered similar items from another German company and never had a problem. Unfortunately that company no longer ships to the United States. I will never order from this company and do not recommend it. I lost over $100 USD. Think long and hard before considering ordering from them.
We ordered from Westlife Underwear a couple of weeks ago. What is the usual delivery time? Reading the reviews it sounds like people wait a very long time. I have emailed them for an update and will wait to hear back but so far not hugely impressed but when I receive the goods (and free gel pen) I will review again ;)
So it turns out these are not scammers. I finally received a very nice email from the company explaining why I hadn't received my goods or any information. So they get marks for at least trying to fix things up. Unfortunately, I had to post a really bad review before any action was taken and that is always a concern.
Anyway, the apology seemed heartfelt so hopefully the goods will arrive shortly and, since it's Christmas, they can have the benefit of the doubt in the meantime. Review upgraded.
The package arrived in a partly opened condition. The ordered items were there but the marker offered as a free bonus was not.

Our packages are always packaged and sent with high quality, but unfortunately it can happen that the shipping service does not handle the packages well and they are damaged as a result. The pen probably fell out of the package. We are sorry about this experience, but thank you for your feedback anyway.
Very nice underwear. I’m sensitive to elastic and this is encased. Comes to right below belly button. Perfect. I sized up a bit but it would have worked with smaller size. Haven’t washed yet.

Much time to receive my order!!! Over a month!! Terrible shopping experience although the things I bought are great and ones I’ve bought in a store before. Will NEVER buy these things through internet again.
