It was easy to book my boiler service over the phone, for a date which suited me and the engineer was both polite and efficient.

I had a water leak in my kitchen. Within an hour of phoning Westmancoat an engineer arrived. He covered the carpets so as not to leave any marks. Having removed my built in freezer he identified the problem and made the repair. He left the kitchen tidy, so vey satisfied.

The staff member was friendly and professional. Service was very quick and i was reassured with the outcome.

I was given a slot between 9am and 1pm. Jack arrived at 9.10am. He was friendly, polite, put my mind at rest immediately regarding a bathroom plumbing issue. He located the problem, dealt with it quickly, and tidied up afterwards. I was very impressed with the service and I'm now looking at getting a quote for a new kitchen to be fitted by Westmancoat.

This outstanding company has a first class team. Friendly and efficient, their attention to detail is second to none. Employed on several occasions most recently to alter and refurbish a bathroom, we can unreservedly recommend their services.

I always use Westmancoat for any plumbing job and for gas boiler servicing.
Expert work always done well and charges are reasonable. On top of that they are always very friendly and helpful. 10/10.

Well, the day following our service the boiler failed again. Westmancoat’s plumbers returned I that same day and considered other possible causes.
As we have scaffolding around the property due to exterior decorating, Jack decided to take a look and examine the flue outlet.
Lo and behold, the problem was solved. The scaffolders/decorators had removed the end of the flue and put masking tape around the rest - including the air inlet section!
Fortunately they had a spare end section in the van, removed all tape and positioned the missing part.
The boiler is now functioning as it should!

Outstanding service all round. We have been with Weatmancoat for many years, at least 20 plus years. We have always found them to be very reliable, friendly and professional from phone call to the work carried out by clean workers so professional. Very pleased and highly recommend them for all your plumbing, heating needs.

My parents are long standing customers and have been well looked after over the years. On this occasion a hot water issue and a leak were quickly dealt with by Josh and Jack coordinated by Kelly in the office.

The company responded very quickly and dealt with our emergency. They then sent 2 friendly and helpful guys Josh and Freddie to do the work.
Josh is an excellent plumber and did a complex job well.

We had an new boiler fitted today.very helpful and informative young men.did a good job.this isn't the first time we have had them. They were very good in putting a new bathroom in for us four years ago too.

Excellent service. Arrived promptly on time, as arranged. Seviced boiler and completed all relevant safety checks efficiently. Engineer was polite and very friendly.

I contacted Westmancoat as a new client having asked a friend the name of her plumber. A friendly person answered my telephone call she said Jack could look at the CH boiler. Jack was on time and full of confidence, he assured me my boiler was good, he found the leak, repaired it and was on his way. Furthermore he said Westmancoat employed seven plumbers who had all been trained at Worcester Bosch, that was important to me. A very satisfied customer
