Purchased a top of the range Westminster parasol around 4-5 years ago. Over £1000. It’s had very little use and has been covered. A small cast metal part snapped at the weekend. Initially I felt that Westminster were not able to help in this situation, but was soon surprised to find that my issue had been escalated. I was contacted with some plausable offers to assist in what is an out of warranty item. In all, I am more than satisfied with the help that came through from top management. Very rare these days. The company appears to have a good foundation of responsible management that do care for their customers and quality of service.

Sue was really helpful and the Edge chairs we've bought are fantastic, really sturdy, smart and comfortable. Well done!

New garden furniture arrived sooner than expected, delivered and put together by Cameron and Mark . They took away every scrap of packaging and Cameron demonstrated the complexities of the cantilever Parasol , in fact took a great video of him showing all the functions, just in case I need a refresher in a couple of weeks . Great experience.

Steph, Sam and Stewart turned up on time with our delivery. They were all very polite and friendly and respectful of our patio area. They assembled everything and explained how everything worked. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all the packaging. A really good team 👍

I received 5*service from Juliette and Jason in Chelmsford. Their advice was excellent in my choice of furniture and they arranged delivery faster than I expected given the currenty climate. The installation team were also excellent and the furniture quality is above expectation. I highly reccomend a visit to the Chelmsford showroom.

Excellent service in store from Sue and great service from Mark n Cameron the delivery drivers who got soaking wet in the process of putting our furniture together. Delivered much quicker than expected. The quality of the furniture is fantastic and not your average garden furniture. It is ourdoor living furniture made to last and excellent service all round. Would always recommend this company.

I needed a replacement canopy for my parasol. I dealt with Hannah,who was super efficient and carried out adjustments to the order without a problem. During a phone conversation she was friendly, professional and courteous. I was so impressed, I decided to do my first review on Trustpilot.

Great knowledge, help and good communication from the very beginning. No hard sell. Great communication on the delivery arrangements, called an hour before arrival as well. The sales staff were great, identifying a problem for us with the table we were really keen on and helping us with an alternative. On a recommendation from a friend just purchased our outdoor sofas. Very helpful showroom staff, very knowledgeable and honest. Mark and Cameron delivered and assembled our furniture. Very courteous and diligent in putting it all together and didn’t rush anything. Can’t thank you enough.

We placed our order for some garden furniture on Tuesday and it was delivered Wednesday morning! We had a phone call Tuesday afternoon from the team letting us know a delivery slot was available on Wednesday and would we like it. We jumped at the chance and the guys kindly delivered our furniture the next day. All packaging was removed, the delivery team were very friendly and helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. Couldn’t ask for more and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

Bought various items from Westminster last year . . . noticed an issue with one of them on Sunday. Contacted Westminster on Monday, it was collected on Tuesday, replaced on Wednesday, exceptional customer service, Nigel and Sam were extremely efficient. The Sunbrella material is also amazing, 100% recommend this company, thank you.

We required an early delivery of a very heavy item. Westminster and the delivery team (Steve and Nigel) changed their route to get to us in very good time and left us very satisfied.
