A great experience, we would definitely use West One Bathrooms again
I would really recommend West One Bathrooms. We had our bathroom designed by Sophie from the Garret Lane show room.
For the design stage, Sophie put together a design which cleverly made the most of the space in our relatively small bathroom and included thoughtful details which made the space feel luxurious. My feedback from the first design was listened to and the designs could easily be envisioned and amended on the computer in the showroom.
The delivery was smooth and contact with West One Bathrooms was good throughout the installation stage. There were some very small amendments to the order that were needed once the installation started which West One Bathrooms helped us with straight away.
The whole process was smooth and efficient and we're very pleased with the finished result - thank you!

I recently visited the new Cobham…
I recently visited the new Cobham showroom and had a really good experience working with Rebecca. She was very knowledgeable, and you could tell she genuinely knew what she was talking about, which made the whole process feel much easier.
I had a rough idea of the style I wanted for my bathroom, and she helped bring it all together, suggesting products that worked really well and suited the look I was going for. She also came up with ideas I wouldn’t have thought of on my own, which made a big difference.
Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for help and guidance with their bathroom project.

Gianluca is a star
Gianluca, the manager at WOB Queenstown Rd, London, is a superstar. So nice, such great design skills and an encyclopaedic knowledge of everything bathrooms. I bought everything for 2 bathrooms and then other rooms too. All was super smooth including the deliveries, the two separate delivery drivers were cheerful politeness personified. Highly recommended.

the wallpaper and Jane are amazing,
i had been walking by the wandsworth showroom and saw a wallpaper used for a display that knocked me out, and went in and spoke with Jane Doney who explained it's a specific type of wallpaper for bathrooms and whilst more of an investment than the tiles i was thinking, it was the absolute right investment, and now that it is on my walls, the raves that friends and guests give was well worth the investment. Jane was on point with every step of the procedure from measurements to layout. big fan of w1b and Jane especially!
