I ordered a product from westore24 and…
I ordered a product from westore24 and received an email from them starting the order had shipped January 25 2021.
I was very patient and waited until March 19 2021 to ask for an update. I was given the same tracking number with 2 websites to check the shipping on my own. The websites did not work for tracking and was also told they can’t do anything until the maximum 50 days for shipping was up. I informed them that it had in fact been 57 days. I was then given an email stating “don’t worry” and that they talked to the shipping company and they informed westore24 it is still in transit.
Their policies are a complete lie. Westore24 Does not uphold themselves to their own policies.
UPDATE!!!!
I received an email one month later stating that I am no longer eligible for a refund because they say I did not contact them after their 50 day shipping policy. More lies again.
Then after leaving a few reviews, they are willing to give me %50 of my money back.
Do not trust them.
