But prices did raise a lot in the last year since I bought boxes the last time.

Truly high-quality packaging and excellent service!

I was contacted four times via e-mail to make sure every detail was correct that shows how much care and attention goes into the process. Once everything was confirmed, production started.
My order arrived quickly, and everything was just perfect.

First and foremost, I love the fact that Westpack buys great packaging in bulk and is able to custom print smaller, more manageable quantities of boxes and gift bags than bulk suppliers demand. I tried a bulk purchase from China once and had problems storing boxes of 1,000 units I would have no need for in 4 or 5 years. I am also launching 4 different brands, and once you download your brand’s logo, they keep it saved under your profile so ordering bags to match boxes or reordering is a breeze. Finally, last but not least, a special shout out to Ida Overgaard whose customer service and attention to detail is beyond compare.

I haven’t received half of my order, once requested a reimbursement I was informed that they cannot do it until the stock gets back to them (it was send somewhere else apparently). It’s been 3 weeks and no news…so not only I didn’t get what I ordered but also still didn’t get my money back. I am a customer since 3 years…really disappointing !

I worked with Ida to get my logo up on a ring box. She helped tweak (minor removal of details) to get the logo ready and provided a proof quickly. She also answered my questions quickly. The boxes look exactly as I had hoped, and I will be using them again for future jewelry box needs.

I don't put a 5star experience, because the description of the products (ie box for delivery) were not that great, and although the sizes are completly ok, delivery ok etc..., I found the boxes a little too thin for my products. I will be more thoughtfull on my next order (single groove /double groove/triple groove)

it was my first order and the team was very reactive and flexible. the service was very fast and Westpack enabled me to pay for express shipment to get my products on time for an event.
