Westshade 10x10 Canopy Tent, I have really enjoyed the process of ordering this tent. I have a company golf tournament coming up, and I was eager to find a company who could help provide professional help. I have had a smooth transition into buying this product as well as I am pleased with the product.

Westshade made it a breeze ordering our new 10x10 custom canopy tent. The communication was excellent and they were very responsive and informative. Will be using again for sure.

Amazing, Quick, & Easy

Westshade made the design process a breeze! They worked well to accommodate a sponsorship on our 10x15 canopy for our sports teams at Claiborne High School. The fixed a design logo seamlessly and were eager to help update or make any changes for us. Definitely recommend!

Westshade 10x10 Canopy Tent and fitted table cover- We placed an order through Westshade last fall and enjoyed the product so much we recently just placed another order! I reached out months later and told them I wanted to duplicate my previous order and make 1 change, they responded so quickly with exactly what I wanted! I would highly recommend, the communication has been amazing and our company now proudly has 2 canopy tents and fitted table covers from Westshade! Great working with them, respond very quickly to emails and answers all questions very thoroughly. Did a great job interpreting my feedback into the canopy art.

The ordering process was super easy! We ordered two of the Westshade 10x10 canopy tents. I had to do two different orders for our different locations, and the team was very helpful on making sure this was completed efficiently, and were very thorough in making sure everything was done the way we wanted. Really pleased with this experience!

After our local band boosters ordered their Westshade 10x10 Canopy Tent and had excellent customer service and received a quality product in a timely manner, it was an easy choice to work with the company again to order a a new canopy for our local track team! I will have to say, Awesome communication and very quick service. I have already received the frames for my custom tents and when the prints get here, I will leave a review on the print quality. The Frames look to be very heavy duty and well put together.

Their customer service team was outstanding and consistently responded to my emails with updates in under an hour. The entire process was seamless and efficient, from placing the order to reviewing proofs and receiving the tent.

A special shoutout to Leo, the designer, and Cathy, the Customer Relations Manager, who were both fantastic to work with and made the experience even better.

The designer was professional and easy to work with, he understood all of the changes and revisions I would ask for and paid close attention to detail. Their response time during the design process was extremely fast, so there were no delays and it shipped out extremely fast!

The company does not care about fixing its mistakes and assumes every client is well versed with industry specific information. Their sales and customer service departments are well trained to safeguard the company and not the customers. They hide behind corporate disclaimers instead of making sure the customers are educated through the process and not spend useless money on them.
