Disappointing and unprofessional experience. For more than a month, the collection of my return has been repeatedly scheduled and failed due to Westwing’s logistics partner. I reorganized my time on several occasions and remained available as requested, yet there has been no apology, no compensation, and no consideration for the inconvenience caused. This handling shows little respect for the customer and raises serious doubts about the company’s commitment to service and accountability. this is related to Westwing Spain.
