Disappointing and unprofessional…

Disappointing and unprofessional experience. For more than a month, the collection of my return has been repeatedly scheduled and failed due to Westwing’s logistics partner. I reorganized my time on several occasions and remained available as requested, yet there has been no apology, no compensation, and no consideration for the inconvenience caused. This handling shows little respect for the customer and raises serious doubts about the company’s commitment to service and accountability. this is related to Westwing Spain.

Really bad customer experience

Really bad customer experience. We ordered a side board that was broken once it arrived. The process with westwing after this was extremely inconvenient since they just could offer a very low limited amount of money back. The other option was to repack this huge packaging and send it back. We were then responsible to repack it I ensure it didn’t get more damaged in the transport back, which is really hard since the packaging consist of a lot of different paper and tape. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop here since this happened to us.

Expensive Table, Broken on Arrival, Terrible Customer Service

I ordered an expensive table from Westwing and paid a 900 kr delivery fee. The table arrived in three separate packages, but unfortunately one of them — containing the foot of the table — was broken on arrival.

Customer service offered to replace it, but I was told that it’s not possible to replace just the broken part. Instead, I’d have to return all three packages and receive three new ones. This meant I had to repack the entire table just because of one damaged piece — very inconvenient and frustrating.

To make things worse, they sent me return labels for only two parcels. When I explained that I had received three, they seemed confused, claimed it should have been only two, and asked me to measure all the parcels myself.

Overall, I found the experience very disappointing:

Expensive product and delivery

Low quality (arrived broken)

Cumbersome exchange process

Confused and inefficient customer service

Not the level of service you’d expect for the price. I wouldn’t recommend Westwing based on this experience.
