This was the fourth car that I have had from Westwood, and each time their service has been fantastic. They went out of their way to source me a car that they would not normally stock and did a great deal. A great company to deal with!

We have a number of vehicles from Westwood Motor Group and every time we have had the pleasure of dealing with them it has always been effortless, clear communication and a great “old fashioned” customer service provided.

I have recently dealt with Jack in the past two weeks and from enquiry to driving away in our desired vehicle took two days!

Jack, and all the team at Westwood are a testament to the company and always extremely helpful.

4 brand new vans were delivered to us fully racked and sign written. We couldn't have it made any easier for us by Bethan and the team at Westwood. We have been supplied vehicles by Westwood for a while now and every time we are amazed at the efficiency and ease of the dealings.

We recently purchased a 12 month old van from Westwood.
The service from Bethan was excellent and followed up with great communication. Thanks to all at Westwood.

I’d leave zero stars if it were an option. Unbelievably rude and ignorant staff. Our presence seemed to annoy staff, when we popped in. When we asked about hiring a car the woman we were talking to pulled a face and told us they do not hire cars for short term use. Though I have in fact seen on their website that they do hire cars for short term use. She didn’t say there were none available currently, she explicitly said it was not something they did. I would not recommend using this company as I wouldn’t want anybody else to be treated so appallingly as we were. Rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and disrespectful.

Great selection of vans all reasonably priced . Excellent sales information and service from Cliff at Bolton. Purchase and collection all dealt with efficiently and great knowledge and advice given. Was recommended to us and have no hesitation recommending to others

Fabulous service from Yolanda and the team at Westwood. My new OMODA 5 NOBLE is first class to drive and to look at. Huge selection of cars and availability. A huge recommend from me. Despite me living in the south, some 4 hours away, Westwood are now my first choice car and van hire, lease and purchase go to company.

The senior mechanic at Westwood is kieron , what this guy doesn't know about repairs and service to any vehicle is not worth knowing.

Great van to move house, staff (Nichola) responded to my enquiries in a very prompt, friendly and professional manner. The whole process was straightforward.

From the initial enquiry to collecting my new van, Yolanda at the wigan branch has been fantastic. She went out of her way to find the right vehicle for myself after a LOT of back and too with emails. I had shopped around to find the best deal that suited my business needs and Westwood beat the others hands down. A friendly, professional service all round. Thanks Yolanda for all your hard work.

Bethan looked after me from first call to me buying the truck. Test drove several vehicles and nothing was too much trouble. Great price, great truck top service!

We have a couple of vehicles on long term lease , The service department are always very helpful and always try to accommodate getting the vans serviced in the appropriate area and time for our engineers.
