Don’t sell on this website



I am writing to express my concern regarding the fact that I have yet to receive the payout of july 2024. Despite the fact that I keep receiving several emails indicating that you can sell on their site and the listing would be processed quickly (7 businews days). This lack of respect and clear communication regarding the matter is highly frustrating.

DO NOT BUY THERE, DO NOT SELL THERE

We The New, the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

I sold to this company for several years, and in the beginning, everything was fine, apart from longer payout times. But eventually, things started going downhill. The company began destroying packages they received to avoid accepting them from their sellers (for instance, when their customer canceled an order). As a result, they canceled my sales along with many others, demanded a €15 fee, and then sent back damaged boxes or sneakers.

After some time of constant lying, this idiotic company full of liars and despicable people started heading toward bankruptcy. I don’t believe their business wasn’t working; it’s more likely that Mr. Gaubert or his associates started looting the company.

Regardless, the company stopped paying its sellers altogether and announced a “protection period” of six months, during which they claimed they couldn’t take on any new obligations and would pay everything owed within that timeframe. Perhaps it worked for the first two weeks, but after they attracted enough people, they stopped paying their sellers again and kept making excuses.

I wish them nothing but the worst. People like them are trash, and the same goes for all the employees who know about this and still choose to work there.

After 6months they sent message that they will not be paying because of restructuring. Never send them sneakers again because you never know if they will pay or not.

Still has customer service ?

Hi,Can you pay me back? Your company still owes me 300 euros.
I don't know if your company still has customer service after the asset reorganisation, it has been two months since I contacted you and no one has dealt with my matter, I have a pair of shoes with you, before the customer service promised to refund the money, but it has been six months since then, and there is still no progress!

Still not paying sellers

After everything that happened they still don't pay sales, sold a shoe one month ago, a week after the primised "payment deadline" i have reached sellATwethenew.com, and all they have been telling me for 2 weeks now is that "they are working on it", completely unprofessional, avoid selling to them.

Unpaid Sale

I sold my shoes on their site on June 5.
To date, the sale has not yet been paid for.
The payout was supposed to arrive on July 24 as stated on the application but to date it has never been received.

I filled out the form they sent for creditors but still no word on when they will pay out the old sales.

I was a very good seller on this site and always sold because they proved to be serious and reliable.

I will never sell a single shoe again until I receive the money from my sale.

FRAUD

After placing an order I received the shoes but I was forced to return them as they are small. To date, after a month, Wethenew has refused the return without giving me any explanations. Furthermore, in addition to not giving me my money back, today I don't even know where my shoes are. I WILL MAKE A COMPLAINT.

Promised refund and now no response!!!

February 2023 ordered sneakers from wethenew. I have quite a lot of shoes so I have worn these about 10-15 times. Recently while on holiday the sole started to break at the front and back. I don't think that's the intention with shoes that haven't been worn often... I took pictures and left the shoes in the trash because I can no longer wear them. I kept falling and it got worse and worse. I contacted your colleague last week and explained that I can no longer return the shoes. Your colleague promised me a refund, but I had to send an email with the invoice and payment. I also sent photos but I'm still waiting for a response! Still no refund received!
