Chris at Holyhead Road sorted us a fabulous tree. Several years here now, never disappoints.

Bought a “container grown tree”
Although the tree looked OK when it arrived. It went brown very quickly. I emailed numerous times to ask for aftercare advice etc. but customer service was really poor.
We paid over £100 for a tree that died within weeks.
Note: Tree was repotted into a large pot and never bought inside. Despite this it died quickly and customer service were uninterested and offered no help/solution.
Very disappointing

Have just bought another tree from this company as we had one last year and it was the best tree we've ever had.
The staff are so friendly and Shane not only helped me in choosing the right tree but kindly helped me get it in my car. Would highly recommend .

Very friendly from the moment of service, explained pricing and pointed out signage.
Bought a six foot tree (there are specific types, I just saw a pretty one).
Cut and wrapped, they put it in the car for me.
Very friendly service and professional. Will be using again next year!
