**Very Poor Service & No Satisfactory Support**

I purchased Wetroo CRM for Sales & Service Automation, but my setup is still not completed.

I have already shared my business requirements and workflow, but instead of proper implementation support, I am mainly being sent tutorial videos. I am not an automation expert and cannot build the complete system myself by watching videos.

I expected the Wetroo team to help implement and make the CRM operational. Unfortunately, the service and support have not been satisfactory, and I have spent a lot of time following up.

Even small technical doubts were handled seriously and resolved quickly. That level of service really impressed me.

I had a very good experience with wetroo support team. They respond quickly and always provide clear solutions to my questions.

I am happy with my experience using Wetroo. The platform is simple, reliable, and the team is supportive. It helped me improve my sales process without making things complicated.

Software is full of glitches, it has many problem, not user-friendly. Service support is very poor, you will have to chase them, to get the service support.

Few things we found software was lacking
1. Very Poor MIS. Unable to get leads overview
2. Support Very slow response time 2-3 days.
3. Whatsapp got stuck but could not get a solution
4. Notification option missing

Regret having purchased this and wasted time. Not using now. Will not recommended.

I had the worst experience with Wetroo CRM. They are nothing but cheaters! They take your money and then completely ignore you. After making the payment, they stopped answering calls and messages. Their customer service is non-existent, and they just disappear after taking the money.

This is a fraud company—stay away from them if you don’t want to lose your hard-earned money. Highly unprofessional, irresponsible, and unethical. I regret trusting them, and I hope others don’t fall for their scam. Avoid at all costs!
