We Trust Pharmacy is a small independent shop for everyday care, serving customers across the United States. There is no warehouse here and no packing team. One person checks and packs every single order. Before anything goes into the box, we check that the pack is properly sealed. We read the batch number and the expiry date straight off the box. We make sure the details on the product page match what is actually printed on the pack. Nothing is ever repackaged. Our stock counts are honest. If a page says an item is in stock, it is really on the shelf. If it is not, the page says so instead of taking your money and apologising afterwards. Every order is sent with tracking, and the tracking number is emailed to you, so you always know where your parcel is. If anything is wrong with an order, just email us. A real person replies, and it is usually the same person who packed your box. We would rather fix a problem quickly and properly than argue about it. We keep it simple. Sealed packs, checked by hand, sent out on time.
