Fantastic customer service. When my order went missing in Royal Mail’s depot, customer services stepped in to help sort it out. I had prompt responses to my emails, and it all got resolved with replacement items. Thanks so much!

Sadly not good quality and not good customer service. My son has been wearing his coat for 3 months and it is falling apart. Customer services just offered me a discount for 20% off my next coat. Both reflective strips are falling off the arms which is a shame as this is so important in the winter. We've had coats and puddlesuits from Frugi and Muddy Puddles which have had literally years between two children and are still intact so this is very disappointing.

My daughter’s waterproof dungarees came home from Forest School with a huge split in the crotch. I emailed Wet Wednesdays about it, not holding out much hope as I’d owned them for a while (she’s only just grown into them) but was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply from Georgia offering a replacement pair. Incredible customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Replacement pair arrived less than 24 hours later and I’ll now return the old pair with a prepaid label. Can’t fault Wet Wednesdays.

I ordered the Outdoors Rain Jacket & Outdoors Trousers Set and gloves for my 9 year old. Delivery was super fast, all items are great and are standing up to almost daily use on our commute by bike to school!

In addition, I needed additional details on the production process and Georgia in customer services was extremely helpful and just overall lovely to correspond with. Thank you again for your help Georgia!

Fantastic wet weather gear for little ones. I have purchased raincoats and bubble boots. Raincoats are amazing quality, generous sizing and a good length to keep little legs dry. The Bubble boots are so light and easy to put on and take off helping children with their independence. They are great value for money as they fit two sizes. I highly recommend Wet Wednesdays and look forward to purchasing in the future.
