Exceptional service at a reasonable cost—I highly recommend them! Yesterday, I called to schedule a drain cleaning due to a blockage caused by fat and grease. The person on the phone was extremely helpful, offering me a same-day appointment, though I chose the first slot the next morning. The engineer called to notify me 15 minutes before arriving, and once on-site, he efficiently resolved the issue within 15 to 20 minutes. He meticulously cleared all obstructions, ensured the area was tidy, and disposed of the waste—all at a fixed rate payable upon completion. I was thoroughly impressed.

Very accommodating, Mark travelled a considerable distance to help as was covering a colleague. Sorted problem without a fuss. Definitely recommend.

An incredible same day service, both unexpected and very welcome, fitted me in with a last in the day appt.Such a joy to receive service from a well equipped, polite and knowledgeable operative who along with stated price absolutely did "what it says on the tin ". I had an issue with the outside drain and I couldn't unblock myself (I certainly tried). I arranged a same day appointment for between 5pm-6pm and I did this roughly around 11am in the morning. I had no issues paying, as I did that online, and there were no hidden charges. So the price quoted is the price I paid, which always helps.

The gentleman duly arrived on time and he was very professional and explained what he was doing at all times. Once the job was completed he advised me of the guarantee and left the area clean and tidy.

From logging on to the site to the engineer showing up and completing the job was outstanding. I would so recommend these guys. I was shocked at how quick and prompt they turned up and how the guy just got on with it, did what he needed to do, left no mess and job done. I had a blockage in my flat that had caused my sink to overflow twice over Christmas, it was very stressful and caused damage.
I contacted Mark in the evening at weunblockdrains.com, he was very helpful, he gave me an instant quote and told me he could be out the next day.
In the end, with his expert advice, I found out the problem was with communal pipework in the flats, so the council sorted out the problem, but without Marks help this would've ended up being at my cost.
