I phoned them at 1:30 to say I had locked my keys in my car. I was told they would be with me in 90minutes, and I had to pay £220 up front for them to book the job. I had no choice so I did this. 90 minutes later I phoned them again and was told another 30minutes. To cut a long story short I was left on a car park for 3 hours. The engineer who arrived (Jed) was great and he opened the car in 10minutes. If I was told that it would be 3 hours in the first phone call then I would’ve phoned another company they totally misled me. I have also found out that there is a local company who would’ve charged £80 and been with me a lot quicker. I have phoned and emailed them to state my disappointment and they do not care and have not replied to my emails.

Absolutely appalling service from this company. I had my motorhome booked in for a new ignition/door barrel and 2 new keys reprogrammed. They took my payment after verifying all the details and making sure they had everything correct, they booked me in for the work to be done a week later. I thought everything was going great. Day of install, they gave me an estimated time of arrival. I went to my motorhome storage site, waited 4 hours and no one turned up, so I contacted the office, they lied to me and said someone had tried to ring me and they also text me the night before, there had been a problem with one of the parts and wanted to charge me an extra £127 on top to complete the work, Firstly who ever quoted the job and took the payment, didnt do there job properly if i wasnt charged correctly, secondly I dont appreciate being lied too, no one tried ringing and i definitely didnt recieve a text . I wouldnt of waited 4 hours for the auto locksmith to come out for my scheduled appointment if I knew they had no intentions of turning up. Then they said the parts could take up to 21 days to come if I paid the addition £127. I asked for a refund as I didnt like the way the company operated. I then rang H locks on google. Adrian was so helpful and he arrived at my storage site in less than 40 mins and completed all the work in around 2 hours. I cant recommend H locks enough. We've got the Keys is a national company, and your customer service skills are appalling. You should be ashamed of yourselves. 10/10 service from H locks. If your from the West Midlands, he is your guy. Turned up in 40 mins on a bank holiday monday and completed the work in 2 hours. Amazing.

Fantastic experience.
I have used this company today after losing my ignition key. They kept me updated until the mobile unit arrived.
The lad was so polite and helpful. He was quick sorting it, thorough and professional.
Hopefully I won't need to use the service again but if I do I will always use this business.

Fantastic company
From start to finish I received a 5 star professional service.
My first point of contact was with a lady who took my details and clearly explained the process with an excellent telephone manner and generally a really nice person to speak with.
I received messages with live tracking to monitor the drivers eta and received a call from the driver to keep me updated.
Literally the locksmith arrived and replaced my key in around 20 minutes. very good customer service from both and would highly recommend.

WGTK got access to my car after the wireless key was locked in. Liam was persistent in working the lock, which had never been used in 5 years, and had made a 2 hour journey to do it. Great, friendly service and allowed me to get on the road with minimal disruption.

A fantastic experience - lost car key the locksmith arrived the next day and supplied new keys programmed to the car and I was back up and running - had an issue with one of the keys so they sent a locksmith out again and reprogrammed it.
Both locksmiths were friendly, polite and very professional - the customer service team especially Anwar were also brilliant and communication was excellent.
Definitely a company I would recommend and use again.

Very poor services.I hired We've Got the Key to fix an issue with my car key fob and central locking system. An engineer visited my home but was unable to diagnose any fault with the keys or the vehicle.

I was then told that the only option was a software reset, with just a 50% chance of success. I was also warned that if the reset failed and the key was no longer detected, the car would not start and I would have to tow it to the dealership at my own expense. This did not give me confidence in the proposed solution.
In the end, no diagnosis was confirmed and the issue was not resolved, yet I was still charged £120 for the visit. I now have to take the car to the dealership and pay again for the same diagnosis and repair.
I am extremely disappointed with the service. Charging a full fee without providing a clear diagnosis or fixing the problem does not feel fair or professional.

I inadvertently locked my keys in the boot, having only opened the boot, rather than the car. I phones the RAC, who immediately transferred my details to “We’ve got the key”.
They called me within 5 minutes, took all my details and assigned an agent to come and open my car. I was given and approx time before one would arrived, and was called by the agent when they were about 20 minutes out. They came, they fiddled, sprayed some WD40, fiddle again and the door was opened. An excellent service, helpful call centre and lovely, polite and friendly guy who came to carry out the job.

Worst service I have ever experienced. !!!!!AVOID!!!!!
I do not think I have ever experienced such unprofessional service. My horror story with this company is very long so I will keep it simple.
Firstly, I booked an appointment at 12:00 midday and the guy arrived 4 hours later, not the 30 min response time they assured me of, meaning I got a parking ticket.
Secondly, Charlie was very unprovessional and did not even know what he was doing, he was on the phone with some other bloke trying to figure out how to link the keys to my car even though they are supposed 'experts'.
Thirdly, I was given only ONE key when I paid £354 for two of them, with no sort of refund or anything. Plus the key is cheap feeling with plastic instead of the metal, and has some random company on it rather than the renault logo as it should.
Moreover, I asked for an invoice so my insurance company can cover the cost, which they did not provide and ignored my email.
FINALLY, the ONLY KEY which is recieved is now BROKEN ONLY 3 DAYS AFTER, ALONG with my CAR LOCK.
I have send them multiple emails about this and they are truly and utterly taking the piss in terms of not even responding.
I do not wish such a horrid experience on anyone, as so please do not book with this company.

Jasmine made the whole process super easy and quick to arrange the replacement of my van key after losing it .
Very impressed with the service from dealing with my insurance company to confirming the replacement.
The whole process took less than 5 mins which included my email confirmation and a call back to confirm everything.

I was delighted with the service…
I was delighted with the service received. Having been referred via the RAC, at around 7.15pm, I got through quite quickly to a very friendly and helpful operator. Having opted for an engineer visit the following morning, the friendly engineer contacted me in good time for me to meet on site, arrived on time and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Furthermore I was delighted to discover I could purchase a new spare key on the spot.

Do not use, their cancellation policy is ludicrous, I also like others phones and paid over the phone, was sent a text for link to pay and terms and conditions,no way to read before payment,was not told on the phone about the heavy cancellation charge. Was told someone couldn't come until late afternoon,this was 10am, phoned straight back to say I no longer needed them as I found car keys and was charged £120. Practically £120 for a phone call. Definitely rogues in my opinion.
