The company contacted me with an arrival time which was with 30 mins.
The opening of my door took less than 2 minutes...thank you for prompt and efficient service 👍

I very rarely bother to write reviews for suppliers or service providers. In fact it’s not always the case we get great service. But I have to say We’ve Got The Key have been nothing short of excellent. I initially called about one car key replacement, and as the price was reasonable I added 5 other cars, which I’ve recently bought at auction and only had a single key or had damaged keys. The cars ranged 15 years in age and technologies. WGTK were able to quote on all 6. At the agreed time their technician arrived and spent hours carefully working through each car. Most were easy but my pre OBD system Mercedes CLK 230 2000reg was somewhat more challenging. Well at least time consuming. Nevertheless it was sorted and the technician was polite, professional and highly responsive to the tasks. I hadn’t realised quite what went into the process tbh and very much appreciate the level of knowledge and service provided.
I would add that I’d recently used a local key supplier from a local supermarket who was unable to do a fraction of the work and in fact left the car he did in a worse state than before the key replacement. By that I mean the emergency key reset the system so it wouldn’t work either with remote or hard key. Nothing like that with WGTK.
Most impressive indeed.

Rang the company on Wednesday 15 January, to replace a broken car key, they couldn’t come until Friday 17 January, the technician was unable to get the code for the key (Vauxhall Astra) I then had to wait until Saturday, but found out when I called the office, they do not work on Saturdays!! I spoke to them on Monday 20 January, only to be told it could not be fixed/replaced! This cost me £240, for nothing, plus I lost 5 days of not being able to use my car. I have requested my money back as they have not provided the service they claim to be able to provide, I have waited all morning only to be told that they will only reimburse me £120. So £120 for a completely wasted call out fee!! I would not recommend this company to anybody, please go somewhere else. Complete time wasters, as I am still no farther forward in getting a new key!

A fast and efficient service. They came promptly having called 30 minutes before arrival, unlocked my car and so we could retrieve my keys and supplied us with an extra key. Totally trust worthy and would definitely use again.

Whilst defrosting car
Excellent service from Customer service team arranging the call out to Dean from Shefflock that attended and gained entry to my car and switched the engine off within a couple of minutes after the car managed to lock its self. All staff very friendly, sympathetic and professional. Call out was a little delayed due to how busy they were due to bad weather conditions but they all kept me updated so no more stress endured

RAC to blame after my wife had issues with a door handle that had frozen and advised to contact their recommended auto locksmith .
Locksmith charged my wife £144 for a call out , ok not an issue quite expensive but if they fix the car I have to swallow it .
The car thawed out and didn’t need a repair .
My wife rang back to cancel 30 minutes later to be charged an admin fee . She was told the locksmith hadn’t left he was eating lunch and had another job .
Admin fee £60 .
RAC should have sent a technician out however on the coldest day so far it isn’t rocket science this was a frost problem .
Lock smith taking advantage of the situation as not regulated I assume .
I expect better and Will claiming the money through my credit as fraud and Mis selling . If I can be given a breakdown of what a £60 admin fee is I will be surprised by font can be justified .
Rescued at a service station…
I locked my keys in my car at a service station and the RAC arranged for We've Got The Key to attend. They kept me fully informed, were very efficient at accessing my car, and also incredibly helpful in following up to make sure I was able to get my remote key replaced. A fantastic and friendly service. Would absolutely recommend.
