Perfect customer service

great customer service. I ordered a bike at 10a.m by their website , not expecting an answer that day. I'd only arrived in Weymouth the day previous and there was still accomodation detail and area mapping to do. I had call from a very pleasant chap called Jack who said he was already out and would swing by at 11a.m ish. At about 10:50 a white van pulled up and this smiling lanky chap bounded out and wipped a bike out of the back of the van. He eyed me up & down ,then began adjusting the bike. Boom just like that I had a bike to ride. Very reasonable rate for 3 days and breakdown cover during the day/evening. Absolutely faultless.
